Update again ! **
The buckle on the new watch replacement did the same thing not Long after , so now I am trying to find the correct buckle replacementa on amaozn because we want to keep using the new watch that works fine other then the buckle :/ they send a newer model so I believe band is able to be replaced on thsi one as well but am unsure yet where to find one ,so I’m looking for buckles. I contacted them about which size and will update soon !

The customer service was very helpful and contacted me in their own and took care of the issue promptly, I am VERY pleased with the company and would recommend buying from them just for this alone ,the watch was perfect for what we needed other the one issue !
We got this for out 6 year old for Easter this April and now today June 1st less then 3 months later he came home from school and the bucks off ao idl of it will even stay on now amd he loves this watch ! He keeps it on everyday and only take off to charge usually. It functions pretty well and is just what he needed , he uses it for an alarm to wake up for school and tracks his sleep ! It really Helps him try to be more motivated to get to bed when his bed alarm goes off . Also he loves to see if he can get to 20k steps a day ! I’m just bummed the buckel on the band broke so fast and no clue if they sell replacement bands and it’s past my return date 🙁 .

The watch is perfect for a child. It’s not too fancy, it’s not overly distracting. For what it is, it’s pretty good. I bought it for my son for the pedometer and it’s pretty accurate. I do like that you can track their sleep as my son wakes up at night and wanders around the house at night. You don’t need the app to see daily readings but if you want to look at a historical trend, you have to download the app.
The watch does connect to your phone via Bluetooth so make sure you uncheck some features such as text messages. Your child can see your messages if you keep this on. If they have their own phone, it might be a plus so they can see a message on their watch rather than taking their phone out.
The battery can last a solid 4 days with 24 hour use before I feel the need to charge it. The usb charger is unique so don’t lose it.
You can change watch faces but since it manufactured outside of the US, it’s date reads as DD/MM and not MM/DD as we’re accustomed here. But to its defense, that’s how the rest of the world works and we’re the weird one in everyone else’s eyes. I only bring this up because it may confuse some kids.
The strap is my only concern as there are no replacement bands that I can find. I don’t know if this was done on purpose. This is my second one since my son’s first band broke after 10 months of use. The silicone didn’t tear, it was actually the metal clip. I could have found a replacement online for that but for the price, i just ordered another one and kept the new watch piece aside for a backup.
So, if you want to see how your child will do with a “smart” watch, this is a good starter watch.

My daughter wanted a fit bit, but I was not up for spending the money for a real one. She is very much happy with this watch for her purposes- she loves checking the step meter, the sleep meter, and knowing she can scroll through it looking like its a smart watch.
HOWEVER- these things are not accurate- the sleep meter is way off all the time, the time is always wrong, and there is no way it can accurately record a BP / oxygen level. Another not kid friendly feature- is that you need to use the app on a smart device to manage the watch- which again is not a given for a kid to have that. So unless I go into the app on my phone every so often and sync it to her watch when its nearby- the time is wrong and some of the other features dont work, since you can’t change the time on the actual watch. Also for reference- the band is large for my average sized 7 year old on the tightest notch.
Again- for 30 dollars my 7 year old is happy!! But in reality its not a functional piece.

It worked for about an hour, then it just kept vibrating. It wouldn’t stop, it wouldn’t connect to the app or when it did the steps and everything showed 0 on the watch. It was a giant waste of time, plus looking at pictures of watches other people received it wasn’t even the same.

I ordered 2 of these for my kids because the Fitbit app was just non functional for multiple devices and they each needed gmail accounts which I wasn’t willing to do.
The app for this watch is good for multiple devices. The app is easy to navigate. It is comfortable and my kids had no complaints.
The bad- advertised uses- blood pressure, oxygen and even heart beat don’t work. They don’t show on the device or on the part on the app that is supposed to track those things.
The steps are extremely off and there is no where to change step length. My kids play sports and it regularly says they have under 3k steps.
I bought it for sleep tracking. It tracks deep, light sleep and awake time. I found this to work and be helpful for the week and a half it was functional. Now the device is undiscoverable via Bluetooth. I have done all of the ‘troubleshooting’ and it still doesn’t work. It continued to track sleep on the watch but can’t get it on the app so it is useless to me.

I bought this product to monitor my 4 year olds sleeping patterns and oxygen levels while he sleep. It is so perfect and kid friendly for this type of thing. The price is great as well because if you were to go buy a O2 monitor from a medical store, it would be expensive, but this product is the perfect price. It has helped us keep up with this O2 monitoring at night to make sure his asthma isn’t causing his levels to drop. I would recommend this product to anyone. It is very accurate and easy to read. It has an app for your IOS or android phone which is easy to work as well.
