I was contemplating which bike to get for a while and decided to purchase this one. Many reviews online loved the X2 but I wanted to be able to connect it to my phone for using it with apps. So I decided on the X2 Pro.
Installation took about 30-45 minutes. Very easy to assemble. Most of it is already put together.
Pros: Quiet. Feels very sturdy. Bluetooth. Display shows rpm’s, speed, distance and watts. Love that it shows your resistance % as well.
Cons: Display is not backlit despite it showing it in the pictures. Hard to see. Also the bluetooth does not transfer your resistance to the app so you can’t see your resistance when using any apps as the display shuts off when it’s paired to your phone.

The Joroto X2PRO Bluetooth Bike is a really nice bike. The ride experience is quiet and smooth, and the set up was easy. The monitor shows the resistance and gives you RPM which equates to cadence if you plan on using peloton classes. My hopes during my purchase is that I could use this bike, the monitor with information displayed in conjunction with the peloton app to complete the “peloton hack” and boy am I so happy I purchased this bike! I find that it is quite easy to keep up with instructors using the peloton app with the monitor included. I wish I could choose to toggle between RPM and speed to hold the setting to RPM but that’s a minor issue that I can easily move past. I also really like the tablet bracket, my iPad feels secure and doesn’t feel like it could fall out. The only other issue I’ve experienced is that the seat does appear a little crooked and not due to any installation error, it just appears I may have a faulty seat. (Photo included)

I researched a lot on different spin bikes offered on both Amazon or directly through the seller. The popular brands like Schwinn and Peloton are so incredibly expensive.
I settled on this bike because it has magnetic resistance, similar to those brands. I live in an apartment and it’s super quiet for my neighbors. The setup itself was easy and it was well-packaged with no damaged parts. The bike comes with a cup holder, tablet holder, and is basically pure metal so I can reliably ride this and not be paranoid it’s going to break on me.
I added on the Wahoo cadence sensor, changed out the cage pedals for SPD to use clip in TIEMs, added a weight rack holder and resistance reader (from Etsy), padded mat under the bike, and now I have the perfect bike! I’m able to use Peloton classes on my tablet and track both my cadence/resistance and then heart rate with my apple watch. With these modifications, this bike is well worth it.

After several month of continuous use the bike remains extremely silent and it fulfil its purpose with stability and confort.
If there is something I would add is for the monitor to reset automatically after x minutes of inactivity.

A bit of a long review but big for item of this size and price, more info is better than less. I cross shopped this with the Schwinn IC3 and some of the Sunny Health and Fitness models in the same price range. I previously purchased a Sunny model in the $300 that lasted for a little more than a year before the seat post broke at the seat bracket. I was concerned about buying a bike that I could not inspect in person to see if the materials were thicker, more robust after the failure of the Sunny. I’m leaving 5 stars for now but 4.5 is probably closer to the truth. The bike isn’t perfect but I am mostly happy with my purchase. That opinion may change over time but these are some immediate impressions.
Pros – price w/ delivery was about $580 w/ a coupon from Amazon. As is common with these types of bikes, there is not much assembly required so I think most folks can buy without expert assembly and be ok. The company provides an assembly video but I used the included tools and manual to put it together. Assembly was relatively easy but the bike has some weight to it so a second set of hands may help, especially when adding the base supports. Everything else slides/ screws into place fairly easily. I had my bike out of the box and assembled in about an hour. The bike is sturdy. Solidly built, especially the seat/ seat post assembly. I swapped out the included seat for a padded one so I can’t speak to the comfort but the post is much thicker than the Sunny model I previously purchased. Pedaling was “whisper” quiet. I was surprised at how little noise the bike makes. The noise never bothered me much as I usually listen to music on my headphones but if it matters to you, this bike should not be a bother in that regard. The LCD display is big and bright, easy to read. The ride height and handle bars are adjustable and it was easy to find a comfortable set up.
Cons – The handlebar assembly is a bit wobbly. That may just be due to the weight of that part of the bike. The tablet holder is a bit narrow. I’m confident it will hold a standard tablet, but not one in a chunky case. I like chunky cases.
I’ve never ridden a Peleton or some of the other 1K+ bikes so I can’t compare but the looks, quality, sturdiness, quietness and other qualities of the X4S made me comfortable with my purchase, especially in comparison to my experience with a bike that cost about half as much and some of the issues I had with it. I didn’t try to connect the bike to any apps so I’m not sure about the bluetooth connectivity element. The bike looks good, rides quiet, and feels solid in the seat. I’m looking forward to spinning away!
