The device can be used by self-peddling. It also has two comfortable electric-paced peddling modes.
I found it very helpful since I need to be more mobile after a stroke and improve circulation.

I guess I didn’t look at the pictures close enough when purchasing. The pedals are shaped with some raised areas for your feet, so you pretty much have to use this product without shoes, which I did not realize. I thought I could get used to it but after a few weeks I decided to return item. The equipment itself works great.

This perfect for those of us who work at home. I sit I under my desk and use while working. If it weren’t for the automatic shut off at 30 minutes, I can forget I’m using it. Works great. I felt it in my thigh after only 2 days on speed 5. Highly recommend
