I got this for my mom. She recently had total knee replacement surgery. It is helping encourage her with her at home workouts. Makes bending the knee in place a little easier to work on her mobility. That being said, I do not think it is worth the high price point.

I have arthritis and the stiffness in my body can be rough some days. On those days, it’s super hard for me to exercise.
I saw this product and thought it would be a helpful tool for getting some exercise on the bad days.
I’ve gotten a few different items that promote exercising, and each one was a difficult assembly. So, I was expecting that with this as well. But I was so happy when I opened it and saw it didn’t have to be assemble. It’s ready to use right out of the box.
They seem to be well made. They’re lightweight so I can move them around as needed. I’ve already used them a couple of times and definitely feel the burn in my legs.
This may seem like a basic, simple exerciser for most folks. But for a senior (me), they’re a practical way to get leg exercise when we’re not up to a walk or hike. They’re so versatile and simple to use – I’m so happy I ordered them.
I’m very satisfied with this leg exerciser. It doesn’t do the work for you, but is a safe and convenient way to keep my legs moving and to even strengthen them. Being able to use them while sitting is important because falling at my age has serious consequences. I appreciate the safety factor of these.
I hope these are durable because I’ll be using them a lot. They make my legs feel productive – a good thing. I love this set up and recommend it.

This a wonderful no assembly required sliding exercise track set. The movement is back and forth with more resistance one way than the other. You can turn it either way to adjust the resistance.
You can also swivel the foot rests and do a side to side movement. You can also use your hands to exercise your arms. This is gentle movement rehab type device. It’s simple yet smart!

I saw this leg exerciser and was intrigued by the description of using it as an arm exerciser. I’m in need of another exerciser to help with my PT work for my neck. They have had me using the arm portion of a cycle bike as well as using a pully system to help strengthen the muscles in arms and shoulders.
This exercise system allows me to push the foot pedals together with resistance as well as pull the pedals for greater resistance. The exerciser comes already assembled along with an instruction booklet. Inside the booklet, it shows the various exercises that can be done for both the legs and the arms. The set also has a mat to help keep the exerciser in space without moving too much. When using it as an arm exerciser, the mat didn’t provide as much stability as it does with my feet. I have another mat for another piece of equipment that is larger and I can fit this 2-piece machine on the entire mat thus making it stable on my desk.
Overall, a great beginning exercise machine so that you can continue with rehabilitation after surgery. It will be helpful to me for both my arms and legs.

These exercisers (there are two of them – they aren’t attached to each other) are surprisingly effective. Initially, I thought they wouldn’t provide enough resistance to make a difference. Turns out they do offer a decent amount. My main problem with them is that they takes up a lot of floor space and conflict with my desk chair. I have tried to use these at my desk (where I sit WAY too much) where I sit in a standard rolling desk chair with a 5-prong rolling base. My chair’s base just doesn’t leave enough room for these exercisers. The exercisers have to sit slightly under the chair to be used, thus conflicting with the chair base, and extend quite a distance under the desk as well. If you are using a non-desk chair with 4 legs this may work better for you.

For some reason I rarely do my PT exercises even though they make me feel better. It feels burdensome to have to go to a different room and assume an awkward position for 20 minutes. I am usually at my desk for 6+ hours a day and it is SO easy to do leg exercises with these lightweight tools under the table. The videos you can access are very helpful and show various exercises, how to rotate the foot holders, which direction gives the most resistance and how to use them for arms and shoulders as well. It would not take much imagination to adopt even more exercises for use with these gliders. They took a bit of time to arrive, but I am so glad I did not cancel the order.

This is nice and low impact. It isn’t too loud and can be used while enjoying a movie at home. It is as expected.
