First – this is HEAVY as delivered – getting that out of the way upfront. Once I got it unboxed and could handle the base/top separate it was manageable – but that initial delivery box was heavier than what I could manage on my own.
I love this product, had no idea how much I would use it compared to my other home gym items and now it’s the one thing I consistently use. At just the 10-minute preprogrammed setting (P2) I find it challenging enough to feel it when I incorporate workout movements and see visible results quicker than doing those same movements without the plate. I have relief from joint pain and have also experienced a reduction in daily inflammation (face/hands/legs).
I went with this specific plate because I can leave it out without it looking like a standard gym equipment (it’s pretty lol), I have not really found a use for the warming feature when using it as an ottoman, but I do like that I could use it if I wanted to.
Loved the equipment that it came with – however the resistance bands are a little on the light side – great for beginners, wish they were available in different weights, but it is something that you absolutely could upgrade by adding your own bands to it.
Impressed enough with the results that I plan to get a smaller LifePro vibration plate to travel with to help with circulation after long car rides.

I bought this model so I could keep it in front of my chair. To be honest I rarely put the top on it so the other model would have worked just fine for me. If you have back pain and no one can figure out why, look into Fascial stretching!
I had the portable massager that I had to use nearly every morning to start my day. Since I bought this machine I haven’t had to use it once! If you’ve watch the videos where they say don’t just use it sitting down. That is true but I find even sitting with your feet planted on it still works on the lower back and its so relaxing I have fallen asleep many times as it did its thing. I don’t do all the exercises’ on it like I should and I do do them but I’m not consistent and with it but its for sure helped my lower back pain stay away and quickly get back out of pain just from standing on it or having my feet on it. I love it!

Background: Live in a single story house. 42 y.o. Healthy Female, 5’4”, 132lbs, Size 8. lots of cellulite.
May 2024 – I purchased this will the hope that it may help improve circulation and thus the appearance of cellulite on my legs and buttocks. Even when my weight is 10lbs lower, I still have cellulite. I don’t expect this to cure my cellulite but HOPEFULLY improve the appearance with regular use.
I will update review in future with more uses. Currently I have unboxed it and tried it once. My opinion is that it is esthetically pleasing. It looks like a mid-sized foot ottoman. Sleek/modern. The gray is more on the blue-gray side rather than a brown-gray. The material is smooth leather-like (I don’t know if it’s real leather or not, Id guess not, but its quality). The wood accent is faux wood/plastic upon inspection. Platform is flat, not curved. Vibrating functions work as designed. It is heavy but I plan on leaving it in the same spot so that is not an issue for me.
Issues: The bluetooth speaker sounds muffled and low quality. And I am not even a sound junky. Sooo that is saying something. Id suggest the reason is partially because the speaker points downward to the floor underneath the platform?? Or maybe it’s just low quality speakers. IDK, buuuuut my phone sounds better. Additionally, the mute button on the remote control does not mute. I will have to use my phone to stop/mute the music. Not ideal when I paid this much. Additionally, the power cord could be longer. It’s rather short.

This was sold out for months, but it popped up recently with an option to buy it for less as an unboxed item. The description indicated it was only missing the original packaging. The pad you can place on the platform has clearly been used with wear and dark footprints remaining . Ewww. Otherwise, looks to be in new condition, but would seem to be refurbished(??).
It is very stable and relatively quiet (seems louder in the video than in person). I started with it on the second level of my home and then brought it back downstairs. You could hear it through the ceiling, so beware of that if you are in a multi-family type housing.
I really like the three programs. Burn 55cal in 10min just standing there! It’s comparable to calories burned during a Peloton session for far less work! I like to use this post-workout for recovery. No aches and pains after trail running when I finish with 10min on the Relaxavibe.
The Bluetooth speaker is okay. Not great. I like the lights, but you can also turn off that feature. The wrist control is convenient. It looks like furniture. The heated ottoman design makes for a perfect meditation seat. I keep it covered with a furry rug so my cats don’t scratch the cover.
I find benefit to all of the motions and love the combinations- which blows away most of the competitors with a single option. I have a smaller vibration platform upstairs that is a bit more intense, but only has lateral motion. I purchased a similar model to that one and immediately returned it to Amazon. While it looked identical, it was cheap plastic and hardly any vibration. I’ve been on the ultra expensive competitor’s model and didn’t like it at all. I wouldn’t take it if someone gave it to me. It made me feel horrible for hours to follow.
Overall, worth every penny. Don’t hesitate if this model is available! Glad I waited to get the one I really wanted.
