my public name –
I am active and strength train several times a week. After pregnancies and many years in the gym, the heavy lifting had started to take a toll, putting strain on my spine and pelvis. This vibration plate has been a game changer for me. I’ve noticed a vast improvement in the soreness and tightness in my hips and back after using it regularly. The vibrations create a pleasant sensation that helps my muscles relax, and it has greatly improved my overall sense of relaxation and well-being. I’ve also been sleeping better since incorporating this into my routine. I like the variety of vibration patterns and have been pleasantly surprised at how many areas I can target by just changing position. Stretching on this machine is very effective as well.
If you’re looking for a way to enhance muscle recovery and relaxation, I highly recommend this vibration plate. It’s been incredibly beneficial for me.

A friend of mine got one of these for a gift and told me about it on the phone (we live several states away from each other). I remembered seeing some research on Whole Body Vibration (WBV) several years ago which looked intriguing, but frankly all of the units for sale at the time where priced way out of my comfort zone. My friend told me how effective this unit was and how good he felt. I have a lot of wear and tear on my body from a pretty active life, and typical resistance exercise (which I feel is very necessary for continued ability to move) has become more and more challenging since I have reached the magical Medicare age. I was a little skeptical, but the reviews were all very good, so I decided to pull the trigger on one and try it. Wow! What an amazing unit! Ten minutes on this unit literally replaces an hour of lifting weights! I have used it daily for approximately two weeks now, and the difference is incredible. I have a chronic bad back and wass normally an elbow-shaped creature when I got up in the morning. No more! My posture has improved and daily pain levels have dropped from a norm of 6 (on the doctor’s office rating scale of 1-10) to about a 2! Resistance exercise has become much easier to do. The unit is very robust (I am 6’02” and weigh about 240 lbs). The price point is well within pretty much anyone’s range. Way cheaper than a membership at a health club, and in my opinion (now that I have actually used it) is more effective. If you want something that can give your body much-needed exercise (without having to devote hours we don’t all have available at it). The company has a fantastic website you can access with a lot of videos showing you the surprising number of things you can do with this. Their customer service is immediately responsive and helpful. This is definitely worth taking a look at for anyone interested in being proactive in the care and maintenance of their body. Personally, I treasure the ability to remain upright and keep a certain level of health. If you do to, take a look at this machine. You will not regret it!

The quality of the build and promise to correct any issues that might arise is very reassuring. The whole family is enjoying the workouts. I would highly recommend this vibration plate!

Came quickly, lifetime warranty, easy to use and set up and it’s compact but very sturdy.

All the levels of intensity seem to work just fine. The vibration feels good and you can really get a good “shake up”. I use it mainly for toning and for lymphatic drainage and after a few weeks of using it, I would say it’s doing its job well. The toning bands that come with it are not very strong as far as tension but their adequate to get a little bit of a tone from them. I know of others that have gotten the same product, but at a cheaper price, and they said that mine is more powerful. So for the extra money that one will pay, you are getting a more intense vibration experience. The only real drawback that I have about this is the remote watch, which stopped working. However, the customer service at Lifeforce was very good and sent me another one. I do feel very good after a session and we’ll see how this benefits me long-term.

Just unboxed am setting up. Is new & looks great! Writing this now because doing the registration they wanted me to do a review. Update! Second day of using, I really like it, vibration is great, is quiet, easy to use shows how many calories your using & how much time is left before shutting off, remote is easy to use

Not too large or small, could be tucked under a sofa or bed. But it really does pack a punch! So far I’m quite impressed. Love the watch it comes with so I don’t need to bend down to change settings. Bonus that it includes resistance bands!

It is reducing swelling in my ankles, and knees, increasing my heart rate, and blood oxygen levels. I have a finger tip monitor I use to keep track… Resting pulse is around 67, and my blood oxygen saturation is around 95% – 97%.. When using the Rumblex just standing on it, using three settings at once, ( I push the set button 6 times) and speed is on 60.. My heartrate increases to 80 – 88, and my blood oxygen levels rise to 98% – 99%… When using the Rumblex 10 in the Am and 10 at night,… I tried this one day… I had a herxing effect, due to it releasing toxins from my body more quickly than I was prepared to help flush them… What that means is I became slightly nauseated, but a large glass of good water, stopped the nausea, and moved them out… I also had been using the Rumblex in my stocking feet, and on day 7 had a pinching in my right knee when I got up… And I don’t have knee pain.. So I wore my athletic shoes, yesterday and had no pain this morning.. I started out using the lower speeds, with slightly bent knees, and would move my feet around the get different angles on my joints… I currently have the computer shoulder, neck, and upper arm pain … From having to conduct our lives via the computer, and phones… Almost everything in our lives now is done on a computer…. From banking, paying bills, making a grocery list, clipping coupons, ordering takeout, or reserving a table, to managing social lives, photographs, events to attend, and even rounding up friends for class reunions, and then companies who want you to review their products, or services, which I try to do…lololol… And it is taking a toll on my upper body… I have not found away to eliminate this pain… I have tried limiting my use to a few evening hours, and that still isn’t enough time to complete every thing…. I guess it boils down to convience with a cost…
And I won’t take pharmaceuticals, or injections… I prefer a holistic route, with stretching. But still have this nagging pain…. I have tried using the Rumblex bent in half holding the plate for the last two minutes of 10, and so far, I still have no relief… I am in severe pain writing this messege, so I am signing off… I hope this has helped… The only negative I have found so far is my size twelve feet have turned off the machine in the middle of the program… I like the large display/control panel, so I am not sure the fix for this unless the plate was larger…

I have only had this just about a month. I had a thought out of the blue about a gym version vibration machine that someone had tried to sell me years prior and I blew it off thinking it was a gimmick. I decided to look into it and that evening I purchased one of the cheaper models and then decided to cancel and if I was going to trust the claims out there of all the sites I visited and reviews, then I was going to get one of the best.
I had been very active up until around 3.5 years ago when I could feel a prolapse. The whole series of events that took place led to me ending up with severe mental health issues and depression. I ended up on 5 meds, most causing weight gain and that they did. They never did work and I am still taking them. I had no energy and still don’t since I still do feel depressed.
All you are required to do is stand. That’s it. No other requirements unless you want more out of it. Stand, just to get you started. If you can’t do that, then sit with your feet on it, or sit on it. Just get on it. Any type of movement when you feel like you can’t move is better than no movement.
I didn’t even have the energy or trust to stand on it at first. I would get dizzy and nauseated on certain settings. I would sit. I have always been a VERY tense person with a lot of trauma (c-ptsd and anxiety disorders) that could not relax. My chiropractor couldn’t work on me. The vibrations made me feel less and less tense. Now I do 3 sessions a day standing. One of each of the programs. I’ve always had a posterior pelvic tilt (flat bum syndrome) which I think contributed partially to my prolapses. I stand only and I stand in the correct posture, which feels awkward and uncomfortable to me since I am not used to it. I am getting a curve in my back, I never did have one. My butt is lifting. The 30 minutes a day now has me mostly walking and sitting in this new posture. I am working to make sure I have the correct posture before adding in other exercises so I do them in the correct posture.
So far I sleep better, I can meditate easier, I have adenomyoma (similar to endometriosis but affects the womb rather than ovaries) and I had one day of pain rather than nearly a whole month and many other little things….and not only that. I wear my fitbit when using it. My heart rate goes in the cardio zone each time. I burn around 75 calories in 10 minutes just by standing. I sweat. I have no issues with my prolapses since uses it and LifePro claims it helps strengthen the pelvic floor, so that’s an added benefit.
A month in and I am in love with this thing and I can’t wait to see what other results I get and where I can take this. I recommend this to EVERYONE.
I highly, highly recommend it.

I have not had the Rumblex Platform for a long time yet, but in the short time I have owned it, it has brough me relief from pain and nerve issues. I was very surprised the first time I stepped on it, you could feel the effect on your body of the platform vibrating and my muscles and tendons working to stabilize against the shaking. I would need more time to really assess this product in a detailed manner, but the product seems to be good quality and comes with some useful accessories. Some fitness products may come with accessories, but you may not need or use them. The wrist band remote control is extremely useful to not have to bend down to turn it on or off, or change settings, and the resistant bands are well thought out to add some extra resistance while using the Rumblex. I am looking forward to long term benefits. The platform is a good size. At first when buying such a product, you may worry if it is too small, wobbly, or easy to fall off balance. The Rumblex is very grippy and the platform is wide enough to have different stances on the platform. I am still using the basic preset functions but I look forward to being able to customize settings to my liking. I am quite satisfied with this product and I think it will be useful and not something you buy and forget about. This can be a daily use exercise tool to maintain your health as you age.
