My experience with the Rumblex Vibration Plate so far has been great. (I call it the “buzzyboard” at home).
So far I have been using it daily for about 10 min a day on the lowest setting with all three movement types since I received it. I love that it wakes up my muscles and it is amazing to me that I can be so sweaty and tired after just standing on it for such a short amount of time. I am quite overweight so I appreciate that it is solid and does not feel like it will break under my weight. I appreciate that it is low impact and easy to use and doesn’t hurt me to use every day. I am seeing my stomach and thighs showing more toning and have plans to start measuring to see how many inches I can lose using it on a daily basis going forward.
My boyfriend has severe chronic back pain and has a hard time with the settings that have multiple types of movement. I appreciate, also, that it is very customizable so he can use it on the lowest vibration only setting and still get a benefit from it.
Even our cat loves it. When he is using it on the lowest vibration only setting our cat loves to sit on it with him.
I am very pleased with my purchase and am looking forward to using it every day for many years to come.
On a more technical note:
It is solid and heavy. It feels like a professional piece of equipment in a gym. It feels completely solid when I step up onto it and doesn’t make even a tiny peep of protest at my weight.
It is a good size to shove under your bed, table, or even a chair. I just have mine resting standing up against the wall it is plugged into. For being what feels like a professional, HEAVY, and solid piece of equipment it is surprisingly small and compact and easy to stow away when not in use.
The remote control “Wristband” thing is a little strange. I never have it on my wrist. I just hold it. But I do like that it has a remote. It is a lot easier than having to turn it on before getting onto it. And if for some reason I need to quickly turn it off I can do so with the remote. I saw some people complain it’s not as nice as they would like but what do you really need? A Power, on/off, speed, and mode button are all I need. It does the job.
It is very quiet. I would have assumed with the amount of power this thing puts out that it would have a pretty mechanical sounding hum. But it really doesn’t. It makes a very quiet clicking sound but only when I have it on the vertical movement setting. Otherwise, it’s like I don’t even have it on. The sound of my voice vibrating as if it is going through fan blades is often the only audible indication that it is on.
I have not yet tried the Bluetooth connection. I figure what is the point of having a speaker built-in if I am only going to be on it for like 10 min at a time. I will listen to one song and stop it. I might as well just use my Bluetooth headset I have on me all the time anyway.
I like that I can choose how intense my experience is by not only turning up and down the speed of the vibration but also adjusting where my feet are on the plate. It is extremely customizable in the amount and type of vibration/impact it has on your body.
I also love the peace of mind that if something happens to it, I can contact the company for a replacement. I love companies that back up their products with a guarantee that you can feel good about.
Overall I think this is a great piece of equipment and I am very happy I have it.

The good news: Rumblex product works great. Easy to use and I can definitely feel the effects of a workout adding this as part of my routine. The product arrived missing the wristband, but a quick message to Lifepro and they couriered it out to me immediately. Excellent product and excellent customer service.
The bad news: Amazon absolutely sucks when it comes to customer service when they’ve dropped the ball as opposed to a supplier problem. The initial product order was damaged in transit by Amazon and never reached me. Instead of shipping a replacement they insisted they had to refund my money and I had to order a new one. Problem was, the replacement was at a higher price (I order the original on Black Friday). They said they would refund the difference in price only after the new one was delivered. Well, after spending an hour conversing and getting bounced around to 6 different agents on their chat function and supplying and resupplying the transaction details, the chat went silent as the last agent was “looking into it”. After no response for 15 minutes, I said “Hello, Hello, is there anyone there”. Finally got a response “Sorry we can’t help you”. I said that was unacceptable. They finally offered to have someone call me. After about an hour I got a phone call. They told me a refund would be issued in 3-4 business days. Well, it’s been about 4 weeks and no refund. Sorry, but Amazon sucks. They’re pretty quick to grind their small business suppliers when there’s a customer service issue, but they’re atrocious when it comes to fixing their own mistakes.

These vibration plates started showing up in my feeds a few months ago. Nice new fad. And the jokes, well, on products like this, they just write themselves.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago. In your 40s and beyond, sometimes pain shows up without a good reason. I don’t know what I did to my knee, but let’s just say I had moments where I couldn’t really lift my foot off the floor. Walking like an old man. Rethinking the downstairs laundry. And my pain didn’t budge.
I ordered this unit because it appeared to be sturdy, had a reasonable set of features and it did not cost as much as some other brands. And I can still return if it does not work out.
Setup was easy. Plug in + get the remote working takes about 60 seconds. Less if you don’t read instructions. Works best on hard floor. I have it in the basement.
The first time was a little weird. You see the platform moving and wonder if you’re going to fall or hurt yourself. Just get on it. Turn it up to 10 or so before you do.
After about 2 minutes I felt my muscles start to loosen up, especially in the bottom half. And when I stepped off the unit, my knee felt a lot better. I could lift my foot off the floor and make it back upstairs without pain.
It doesn’t last forever. I had a good 4 hours of relief and then I went to sleep. Next day, I had pain but not as much. A few minutes every day for week, and I am pain-free. It’s helping sore muscles recover faster too. And my finicky wife has started using it for her muscle recovery too. If you knew her, you would know it took miracle for to even try the thing, but she’s a fan now too.

I had the Waver mini plate before, but being able to use all three movement directions at once with the Rumblex plus 4D is even better. Also like that the set programme is only 10 minutes which makes it even easier to squeeze in a session before doing activities, and then again in the evening to loosen up the muscles and make it easier to get to sleep.
I thought it would take up more space and be too heavy for me to move, but once I manage to bend over far enough to grab hold of the side and pull the suckers loose from the laminate floor it is very easy to roll away under the coffee table, and easy to roll it out again to use the next time. Those little wheels on one side are a good addition. Perhaps a handle on the other side so that those of us who are a bit doddery and have difficulty bending can grab it more easily would be something to think about when designing the next version?
When I started using the waver mini in June this year I couldn’t stand upright for more than a couple of minutes, while leaning heavily on two sticks, so I had to do the first few sessions sitting down with my feet resting on the board. Then I managed to stand on it for a few minutes, holding both sticks. After a few weeks I was able to stand on it for the full 15 minutes, and gradually managed to let go of the sticks and balance with a chair back in front of me to grab in emergencies. Now I’ve reached a point where I can “walk” in place on the board, and do stretches and some other exercises. If I have a day when I don’t get a chance to use the board I am longing for it and will use it more the next day because it feels so good. I’ve even found myself walking indoors without a stick, which I haven’t been able to do for several years.

This is a great vibration plate. You have lots of choices for pre programmed or customised vibration settings and speeds. It really seems to have helped my leg discomfort with only using it a few minutes each day. I love that is is a lower profile and I can step on and off of it easily. I also appreciate that Life Pro sends tips, tricks and videos on how to use, different uses etc. when you register your email with them. I have noticed that I have gained balance since beginning to use this which is a big plus, and my legs and arms are getting stronger and I have more energy. I highly recommend it to anyone who may struggle with walking, standing or any form of regular exercise due to mobility issues. I also love the fact that it comes with resistance bands and a small workout mat…really adding versatility to my workout.
