My husband experienced something like this machine at the chiropractor and wanted to try to get something similar to keep up with his routine. Not only is it doing its job, but it also comes with work out elastic bands to do workouts, while you are doing the vibration. It’s Very well made, super sturdy and gives off a great strong vibration.

This vibration plate seems to be just as powerful as my sister’s who has one of the original round ones that weighs as much as a paving large paving slab, purchased years ago from a shopping channel. This is light enough for me, a 72 year old woman, to lift it wherever I want. It is powerful enough on 1 to 4 speed for me but goes much higher than that if required. Hardest part of the set up was inserting the power cord. It’s a tight fit due to the amount of vibration this machine puts out. Husband and I both tried several modes and random setting and we are completely delighted. We are both on the heavy side and performance was not altered.

The good: nice size, looks nice, quiet, floor suction cups keeps it from sliding.
The negative: very short cord means I have to have it right by the outlet to use. Inconvenient. Don’t feel the vibration in the feet much which is the main reason I bought it. The magnetic nodes are uncomfortable and not sure they do much.
