I have multiple sclerosis and after reading reviews and an article from the Mayo Clinic, I decided to try a vibration machine to see if my muscles can be stimulated. I bought the mini size so I could stand and hold onto my walker for stability. My walker has a wider spance between the back wheels for better stability and fits perfectly! So, I’ve only had this mini a week and have used every day. Say I’m psychosomatic, but dang, my legs feel more flexible, the edema in my feet is almost non existent, I feel more energetic, and best of all I am not exhausted after using the device. I use the preprogrammed settings, they increase/decrease intensity every minute. No looking at a clock, just vibrate through the programming😎
These are the items I can think of right now, I’ll update more as time goes by.
Pretty excited as of today anyway.

Delivered within 24 hours. Easy to set up and I went to LifePro website to register to obtain upgrade to lifetime warranty. After only 5 minutes I feel relaxed. I look forward to using this after workouts for muscle and joint recovery, and in the mornings and before bedtime for lymphatic drainage, better blood circulation, and hopefully, improved sleep.

I didn’t know anything about vibration plates… I suffer from various types of pain that definitely hinder me from being able to execute the six daily living skills every day… I have found by using the vibration plate. I am more mobile and I do seem to have less pain… What matters the most to me is that I had the option of trying this form of exercise in order to ascertain whether or not it could be a help and it’s obvious it’s a great addition to what I already do.
I would tell anyone to give it a try and once they get it home, don’t give up on the sensation you feel when you first get on the machine give it time …give it at least seven days and I’m sure you will agree that it was worth the purchase.

Easy to set up and use. Direction very straightforward. I have found the waver mini machine useful in stretching my muscles and improving my flexibility. I have lost a couple of pounds since I started using it Which is about 10 days but, it is too early to say whether it’s just by chance or the machine. Would recommend.

I purchased this for my bone density . The aching and pain in my back, hip and knee have disappeared. The Veins in my legs are less noticeable. It seems to be helping with my cellulite and my legs and hips are firmer. Overall I feel and look better since I’ve been using it. It comes with a remote , bands and an easy to follow instruction manual, with a lifetime guarantee. I live in an upstairs apartment and nobody has ever complained about hearing it or the vibration. This was my first purchase from Lifepro and since then I have purchased other products for myself and gifts for others. I’m a 100 % satisfied with their products and customer service.

The device works excellent! After a session of using this I can feel that my circulation in my legs has improved – so much so that my legs and feet are warm to the touch. It’s also great after exercise to loosen up muscles and relieve pain. Only drawback is that it makes a loud ring noise anytime you press a button and I don’t think there’s a way to adjust that.

I have been having severe nerve pain up and down my neck, shoulder and arm. I read up on these vibration plates and a lot of PT places use them. I decided to get one, cause nothing has worked yet to alleviate any of this pain.
My first week went by and I didn’t see too much difference. That was my fault. I was just using it once a day at level 1 and not actually using the programs.
Week two, I started using the programs and did level 0 in the morning standing and then again sitting with my hands on the edge. Then again when I got home from work same thing and then before bed same thing. Second day I went up to program 1 and did the same routine. By this second day I realized I didn’t take any pain meds or muscle relaxers to sleep and I slept the entire night.
I am now on like week 2.5 or 3 and I’m staying at program 3 for now, it is good and I have not touched my pain meds in a week. I’ve slept through the night every night. I feel so good after every session. I didn’t even realize I had pain in my hips and lower back until I didn’t anymore!!!
This is the absolute best purchase I have ever made for myself. And it’s so low impact. No damage to my already painful joints and the circulation in my limbs has been so much better. I even have more energy since using it!!

I love this piece of equipment. Since using it everyday for 10 minutes, I can see substantial reduction of everyday aches and pains, especially in my feet and ankles. I also feel amazingly relaxed after using it, and find myself sleeping better at night.
I find it easy to use, sturdy, and doesn’t take up a lot of room. Works great and I am pleased that I bought one. Recommend.

I wish I could tell you how much I loved this thing! Not only do I use it for stress management and lymphatic drainage, but I noticed that when I use it, I have a lot less tension in my back. I have experimented with standing on it In different positions with my feet, in a squat, I’ve sat on it, and I’ve done some planks on it as well. The product is really high-quality. It has many different levels for you to work up to. I am at level 70 of 99 after a couple of months. It does a great job of getting the blood flowing and easing joints. I don’t think that a product like this should really be touted as a weight loss product. If that happens great, but that’s not the main reason why I bought it. To detox, my body and reducing cortisol is the most important. Obviously that could lead to weight loss. But even if it doesn’t, I’m incredibly happy! Excellent price And value for the money. Love the accessories it comes with too. Everything is easy to use. I keep mine near the couch so I’m sure to do it daily.
