These bands are really thick and strong. Definitely improve the resistance during my workouts. They have a rubber strip that definitely holds better than others I’ve tried. Works best on bare skin imo, or tight leggings otherwise your pants will be moving with them. The are still really small and easily could fit in your pocket or gym bag.

This walking pad is really useful for people with working on computers for long hours… can be easily places under desk and walk while on meeting. This is light weight so can be easily moved to different places. And when not needed, we can put it under sofa or bed, can be easily slide. It has nice and clear display which shows all matrices.

Love these bands the colors are so my style . Thy stay on your legs because of the inside grip . See pictures . Comes with 3 weights 20, 40 and 60lbs . Great for travel as they are compact . Use in gym or home. Great buy!

These are a lot better than the 3-5 bright colored pack you find on here for around $6-9 dollars. Yes those might be cheaper when they’re on sale but the elastic aspect doesn’t even compare.
These are definitely worth the price. The thickness and quality alone is worth it. They look great and seem like they will hold up well. I would definitely recommend these bands. They hold up nicely.
