Smooth and super quiet!
It’ll scan through the different settings so you can see them all while you’re using it. It took me about 40 minutes to assemble it but it was easy since there’s a video right on here. I don’t know if I could’ve done it with just the booklet it came with.
I needed something that would help me build muscle in my arms and boy does this work! The settings range from 1-16 so I can choose how hard I want my workout to be.
I’m 5’3″ and when I fully extend my legs there’s about another 12″ for the seat to move back.
The seat is comfortable and the handle is easy to grip.
I can set my phone or tablet up on the display and watch TV or videos.
I hope it lasts because this is definitely my new favorite!

I’m new to rowing. This item was well packaged. All the parts were there and in excellent condition. The instructions were well thought out and need to be followed exactly. I watched some instructional videos and have used it a few times. Everything functions smoothly and perfectly. It is ultra quiet. Note: there is a little cable tie holding the monitor cables. You will have to very carefully snip and remove the cable tie in order to mount the monitor. Otherwise, you will not be able to insert the connectors into he monitor housing after your have connected the wiring. Do all of this gently and carefully. Note 2: Do not attempt any of the assembly with pets or children around. Do not let anyone help you who thinks they are smarter than the instructions. Note 3: Do not attempt the assembly if you are in a hurry. You can’t rush it. Note 4: Some of the parts are heavy. The thing will get heavier and heavier as you continue the assembly. If you cannot lift the box it comes in, have a ‘passive’ helper nearby. This is probably true with any other one you might buy. When assembled and in use, heavy is a very good thing. Note 5: ALL rowing machines sit close to the floor. If you have difficulty squatting or arising from a squat position, keep that in mind before purchasing. Yes, I recommend this device.

Putting this together is better with 2 people. The wheels on the front is helpful in moving to different locations or storing away. I’ve been using this since for a week now and can really tell a difference in strength. It’s not loud when using and a good price for a starter rower. I’ve seen people at the gym rowing and they made it look so EASY! After rowing for 5 minutes I can feel my glutes burning. A really good all body workout.

Ugh. So annoyed that I have to return this. It is waaaay too easy. I did Orange Theory from January 24 to May 24. I thought why not get a water tower at home? So bit the bullet in Sept 24. This is soo easy it is a joke. I’m very disappointed.

Arrived very well-packed by the manufacturer. Assembly was easy enough and the machine is nicely constructed and solid. Just wanted a simple water-resistance rowing machine and this surely delivers. Great bang-for-the-buck machine.

This thing is more durable then I thought it would be, not particularly heavy, and the only difficulty was putting it together. Instructions were clear, and the little multitool they provide for the job done but it kept slipping a little. Plus it fits in my tiny office just fine.
Now for the actual workout. Having never used a rowing machine I made the mistake of cranking up the resistance all the way and having at it. Seemed simple at first because it’s not a high resist. I didn’t account for the absolute number of rows in a workout. Needless to say I was sorer than I needed to be!
So if youre just starting off this is a decent product. Only gave 4 stars due to the frustration of putting it together and cracking my knuckles when the tool slipped.
