This mat fits my walking pad perfectly and does a great job of minimizing noise and preventing damage to the floor. I unpackaged it right after receiving and laid it flat. It folds quickly and is also easy to clean and wipe off. You don’t have to worry about your walking pad slipping around or causing too many vibrations on the floor

This mat is pretty nice. It’s cushy. It comes folded in a square which is nice to store but make sure to pay attention to how it is folded so you can fold it back the same way or it doesn’t fold back correctly. I’m not sure how well this will handle being constantly stepped on for exercises but I intend to eventually get a treadmill for it but for now it’s going to be an exercise mat. It is a little awkward to use to sit on because it’s not 100% smooth/flat because each square has an indented space between them so you can feel that so if you want something for stretching or yoga this would not be the mat you would want.

This is a nice workout machine mat. I got it to go under my walking treadmill and for that it seems just right. The closed-cell foam’s thickness is sufficient to reduce noise and protect from damage, without being so thick that it risks destabilizing the equipment. It folds up conveniently, though for me I don’t anticipate moving it around much so that’s a non-issue either way. Seems good so far, I expect it will last a while.

Great for any workout equipment you want to stow. I use this for my under desk treadmill which I put away at the end of the day, and it enables me to not have the mat down permanently. It folds into a manageable square, and is easy to set up the next time I want to use the treadmill.

Having hardwood floors can produce annoying noise when using exercise equipment. I ordered this mat to reduce noise coming from my treadmill when it’s time to exercise. The size is just enough with my exercise equipment, I might get another one for my elliptical which should also dampen the noise. Even though it is advertised as having 6 mm thickness, it is actually 4-5 mm, nonetheless it still helps with reducing the noise.
The texture of the material makes it non-slippery even when water spills. Being lightweight and designed with creases make it easier to fold and store when not in use. Initially it won’t be fully flat, but it just needs to be all laid out on the floor and soon enough it will be.

I wanted a walking treadmill in my home office to break up the amount of time I sit during the day. This is perfect. It isn’t a treadmill that supports running, but you could use it at a slow speed with a standing desk, or by itself at a normal walking pace. It is quiet and takes up much less space than a traditional treadmill. I have a pet treadmill next to it and plan to use it for some walks for both of us during freezing cold Midwest winter months (half the year it seems).
I will need to set a reminder to get up and use it so I don’t remain engrossed in what I’m working on for hours at a time!

This is a thick and cushy mat but because of the segmentations, when heavy things are put on it on carpet it tends to shift and not stay flat. The material is cushy, as mentioned before, but this also makes it soft and not keep its shape well. On hardwood, this might work better but it doesn’t function well on carpet or softer floors.
