I can’t find anything wrong with this 2 in 1 squat/cardio machine, hey I like it.
Not too bad to put together and it feels smooth enough.
It’s sturdy, just make sure you get on and off it correctly .
Its a bargain at this price range.

This Merach squat machine is so nice! Everything feels solid and well made and I’m impressed.
This is much harder than I imagined. I regular exercise but not this particular movement and it is a no joke workout. I remind myself to focus on using my thighs and hips like a squat as I do these. To build up, I do a few reps, come back in a while and do a few more and build up my muscles.
I was really impressed with the installation process and the attention to detail. The instructions are clear. All of the bolts, nuts, and washers were attached to the piece where they are used. The bolt side of the hole is square and the bolt fits in that shape so you know exactly how it should go. The hole on the other side for the nut is round.
The nuts and bolts feel heavy duty. Even the Allen Wrench and turn tool feels thick and substantial compared to the other things I have installed. I put those in a plastic bag and labeled then in case I need to adjust or disassemble down the road. I’ll probably tape is somewhere on the machine.

This MR 17 is awesome. It’s good quality easy to set up not bulky. It can be stored upright if need be, but I don’t need to the water tank in blue I think helps to get you in the State of mind of being on the water and the sound of the water as you’re rolling it’s very calming. I am thoroughly enjoying this rowing machine. I would highly recommend it.

It’s surprisingly fun, it looks great it was easy to assemble and it’s a tough workout but I really enjoy it more than other machines, plus it folds up when you’re done, it was a fantastic value and I highly recommend 5 stars

So far so good! Really easy to put together, there are only 5 or 6 bolts plus a couple of turn knobs and the tools are included so even if you don’t have a toolkit, you will be ok. A very basic piece of equipment, there aren’t any bells or whistles, its just a straight up get the workout done kind of thing which is what we wanted and is entirely powered by you. You can adjust the height of the handlebar, the seat and the angle of the seat tube and you can also adjust the elastics but theres only two positions so be ready to really work out because there is no “easy” option- its tight regardless of where they are hooked on. I guess you could loosen it up by unhooking an elastic or two but the instructions make no mention of this so that is at your own risk. Overall we are pleased with this squat machine, it is sturdy yet lighter weight and you can easily move it or fold it up to save space when not in use. A+

This was perfect for the bedroom, folds away under the bed when not in use, but can be out and usable within a couple of minutes. And it really is a good workout, throw on all three straps and you will seriously feel it. We have a full gym in the garage, but sometimes it is nice to get a quick workout without leaving the house, this achieves that every time.
