I work a lot and don’t have time to get to the gym, so I try to fit little workouts in at my home. Lifting weights is easy to do with a set a of weights. The hard thing to do is cardio. I have a bike, actually two. One is a full size exercise bike, the other is a mini ‘under the desk’ bike thing (about the same size as this stair-stepper). I don’t use either of them anymore. They’re just not comfortable.
I use this little machine almost every day. I prefer running or walking to biking, so this is ideal for me. I had considered getting a little treadmill, but I really don’t have the room for it. When I saw this I grabbed it immediately.
It’s really easy to setup. Just pop the battery in the step counter, and put the handholds on the side. That’s basically it. and the little wheel to adjust the resistance. Then start stepping.
I’m a big dude (around 250 pounds) and this holds me up quite well. I have this machine sitting in view of my TV. so I can just put on some show and get a little cardio in. It’s a great way to boost your health and try to stay in shape without leaving the house. I just try to set a goal for number of steps (like 50 or 100), do it, then take a little break.
it’s easy to stand on too. I don’t feel like I’ll lose my balance or anything.

No installation is required. I like the simplicity of the product. It does what I need it to do and shows me data that I need to know on a small screen. So far so good

This stepper is very easy to handle and setup. It doesn’t take too much space you can use at home or office. Me and my wife loves it .No nosies at all very quiet. Package comes very carefully.Very recommended for home trainers.

I got this for my office. I just started a new job (where I sit all day) and my office is smaller than my last one. So getting up to walk around for a bit is difficult. I love that I can just store this under my desk and when i get sick of sitting down, I can quickly pull this out and move for a bit. I don’t use this as my exercise equipment, but it would work well for that, I just use it to get some steps in without getting in anyone’s way.

I like that this doesn’t take up a lot of space. You can tuck it under a couch or behind an end table without knowing it’s there. It’s great to be able to pull it out and get some cardio in while watching tv or something similar. It actually provides quite a workout. Even on the lightest setting there is a good amount of resistance. The resistance bands and grips are a great add-on, letting you work arms and shoulders while getting those steps……as well as working on your coordination….it’s like patting your head and rubbing your tummy at the same time.

Update 11/26/23 – parts of it broke and fell apart less than a month into using it, and I only used it very lightly, usually less than 10 minjtes at a time. You can see this plastic ring broke, which caused the screw to fall out, comparing it to the other side that is still intact.
This was pretty much as expected, although mine had a little bit of rust by the pedometer. It still works, though. There really wasn’t much instruction included but you don’t need it, either. Very little set up needed, and even though it feels solid and can hold my weight, it’s surprisingly light weight and easy to move around the house to where I want it. I will say that when I step down all the way, the rubber backing kind of sticks to the metal bar a little but I’m hoping it will go away with use. I can definitely feel the effort in my legs needed to step so I’m happy with this product.

In my quest for a convenient home exercise solution, I stumbled upon the Mini Stair Stepper with Resistance Bands, and I must say it’s been a game-changer for my fitness routine.
One of the standout features of this compact workout device is its space-saving design. Perfect for apartment dwellers or those with limited workout space, the mini stair stepper allows you to get a full-body workout without the need for a bulky machine. Its small footprint means you can easily store it under your desk or in a closet when not in use.
The addition of resistance bands takes the workout to the next level. These bands provide an excellent way to engage the upper body, targeting arms, shoulders, and chest muscles while you step. The versatility of incorporating both lower and upper body exercises into one compact machine adds variety to your routine, preventing workout boredom and ensuring a comprehensive fitness session.
The stepper’s adjustable resistance levels make it suitable for users of all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner looking to start with a low impact workout or an advanced user aiming for a more challenging session, the Mini Stair Stepper caters to your needs. The resistance bands also come with adjustable tension, allowing for a customizable intensity that aligns with your fitness goals.
The digital display is another noteworthy feature, providing real-time feedback on essential workout metrics such as step count, time elapsed, and calories burned. It’s a motivating tool to track your progress and stay committed to your fitness journey.
The construction of the Mini Stair Stepper is sturdy and durable, providing a stable platform for your workouts. The non-slip pedals ensure safety during intense sessions, and the overall build quality instills confidence in the product’s longevity.

This machine was very easy to assemble. I had one similar many years ago and always wanted another one. The machine is very well made and sturdy. It has a little weight to it though, depending on your definition of heavy. This would make a nice addition to your home workout routine when the weather is bad and you can’t make it to the gym. You can use it with or without the resistance bands. Great for cardio and keeping your circulation flowing. I recently had hernia surgery so I could not use it when I first got it, but I am good to go now and off to the races. Of course you should check with your medical professional before using any workout equipment and make sure to read the included instructions thoroughly.
