This is not like the bulky stepper products of the past. It’s actually light and quiet, despite its ability to give a great leg workout. It arrived ready to go, and even the LED in the center was ready to work just out of the box. It comes with a light mat to put under the stepper. There are two rubber resistance cords with handles that hook onto the front of the unit so that you can make up an arm workout while you’re stepping. It’s very quiet and easy to use. I’d advise caution at first until you get the hang of it, because the steps move in synch while you’ve got to set your own arm pace with the bands. I’m not very coordinated plus I have a healing ankle injury, so it took me a hot minute to get arms and legs moving together. Music definitely helped me with this. I did try to use the machine while seated, but I don’t have enough leg strength to do so and had to stand and use my weight to get the steps moving.

I had been searching for a rack that I could put all my stuff on to free up space elsewhere. This one is perfect for the job! It is sturdy, in the fact that my older kids have yet to knock it over. The shelves are a great size for everything. I love the little holders that it comes with. They are perfect to store other random things. The height is great as well, easy to tuck into a corner. The only issue I had was building it and getting everything to line up, but I think that is more because I’m not the greatest and putting things together. The instructions were easy to follow for assembly. Make sure you line the holes up correctly so you can get the screws in. Once it is all put together it is cute. It seems pretty sturdy as well. The poles are metal. I definitely recommend this 100%.
