I really like this but those ropes are useless. It’s too small for all that. Not stable enough to use the bands.
Now, however….
I personally really love this.
I don’t count on it for the steps or calorie tracking …I let my fitbit do all that.
This is very easy to use and I hate the steppers lol. This is much easier on my bones, which hate me lately.
This is Very easy to move from room to room. You could even Easily take it in the car!! It’s pretty lightweight and it was way easy to assemble.
I recommend this, just understand it isn’t gym quality lol.

Easy instructions to assemble. Very easy to use. Much easier on my knees than using actual steps. The arm stretching bands help with arm strength too.

Difficult to use. Doesn’t feel sturdy. Definitely can’t use the bungies and step at the same time because it wobbles. Also can’t count steps. Don’t recommend this purchase.

I was excited when I saw this and couldn’t wait to actually get it. I must admit it came very fast which is always a plus for me.
I had my 17 year-old son put it together for me and that was quick which made me very happy.
I must admit it says it can hold a little over 300lbs and to me I would be afraid. I’m right at 207 and it is a bit shaky for me.
I am having trouble with the screen so I have to read and figure out how to use it. I guess overall you really need to put this on a floor and not carpet. I almost fell off when I tried implementing the resistance bands. I’m going to continue trying to find a safe place to use this on my carpet but for the most part it is light and doesn’t take up that much space at all.
Assembly is easy enough that a kid can do it.
Overall it’s probably better for a smaller person that is just trying to keep moving throughout their day.

I was skeptical, but this actually is sturdy.
Assembly was mostly easy, but plugging in the wire was a little fiddly – one of the components for the step counter was mounted a little weirdly. It was doable, though; smaller hands will be helpful here.
I really like how lightweight it is; it makes it easy to move from room to room. I do suggest using the mat that comes with it so your floor doesn’t get scratched up.
