Normally when I’ve encountered these, they don’t feature a measurement panel. It’s a nice feature. This is easy to assemble, doesn’t take up much space and works smoothly as far as I can tell. It makes little noise.
It feels pretty sturdy and it seems to be able to support me well. I’m about 5’10 & 220.
Old Man in the Cave –
This Mini Twist Stepper from the ZIWWVY Store on Amazon arrived with only two things being needed to assemble the unit. It is a low impact exercise, and for many I suspect high energy. I wasn’t sure if these twist steppers were a gimmick or not, but two physical therapists on YouTube that I respect a lot, said they were a good way to get some exercise.
The ZIWWVY stepper is very solid and well built. I’m heavy and it takes my weight just fine. I’m taking it slow, because of injuries, but it runs quite smooth, and I can see where going faster won’t be a problem. I was careful to put it near some support, in case I lose my balance, and I look forward to using it.
