My sister and I purchased this for my dad for Fathers Day to help him with range of motion in his arms and legs. He loved it so much I had to literally take it from him so he did not over work himself. He is 77 years old and has struggled with mobility recently. This machine allows him to work his arms and legs while sitting. We love it. Great price for the value.

Good value for the price. Cord could be longer. There is no adjustment for resistance.
Several people mentioned in their reviews having trouble with the left foot peddle. Note that it is reverse threaded as stated on the loose instruction sheet. Timer cannot be set. It begins at 30 minutes and you have to read it and manually stop when you wish.

Does what I need.
I wish there was some way to increase resistance but it’s not absolutely necessary.
The motorized aspect of it is a game changer.
Really helps me focus at work and breaks up the monotony of the day.
However while it is “quiet” it’s not noiseless. I wouldn’t recommend using this in an office environment where you have cubicles or others working around you. There’s an electrical hum as you pedal (whether you’re using the motorized function or not) and changing the speeds or turning on the motorized function produces a loud beep.
Overall it’s a great product if you work from home or if you’re wanting to use it in your home for whatever other reason.
