Super smooth, small footprint elliptical exercise machine!! Love that it has both static & moving arm bars. The arm bars glide seamlessly in unison with the foot pads giving you an upper body workout along with your legs. Or, if you’re in the zone and want to focus solely on those glutes, then grab hold of the central static bars and peddle away!
Easy assembly using only the tools provided. No accessory screwdrivers or wrenches required. Took maybe 30 minutes to put the whole thing together after unpacking. And the directions are fairly easy to understand.
Once built, hop on & you’ll see that this is one smooth gliding workout machine. With TONS of “level up” potential! The central workout dial is kicking my butt on only level 4 & it goes all the way up to 14. Tons of exercise tension left to work my way into. Plus the whole unit takes up very little floor space and has wheels for moving it about. Super easy to either tuck into a corner or roll in/out of it when you want to use it for exercise.

I am thoroughly enjoying my new elliptical machine! It arrived well-packaged. In fact, you have to essentially destroy the box in order to remove all the parts. Be sure to look on the front and side of the packing cartons for parts. I took my sweet time assembling the elliptical and it took me approximately 90-100 minutes to complete. I was in no rush and did not want to make any missteps I would have to backtrack to correct. I recommend assembling it in stages if you don’t have an hour or more to devote at one time. The instructions were surprisingly easy to follow, and the parts were easy to tighten. If a part does not fit perfectly, turn it around or upside down. Assembly should not be a hassle; time-consuming, yes, but not a hassle.
I am very impressed with how quiet the machine is, especially compared to my previous elliptical. The tension wheel has 16 settings, so you can make your workout as challenging as you want for that given day. I have no complaints and look forward to many more workout sessions!

Good build quality works well, be warned it is a bit heavy. So make sure you have a plan to get it where you want it. So far it is a great machine with no complaints. I will update if something happens

The Niceday elliptical machine is quiet, operates smoothly, and provides a great workout. This machine is pretty heavy so beware when the delivery day comes. The package weighs over 100 lbs. so moving it will be a challenge unless you have a hand truck or help. Assembly, though, was straight forward and fairly easy. All the required tools are provided, and the instructions are good and easy to follow.
Once assembled this elliptical machine is pretty sturdy. This is a compact elliptical machine, so it has a small footprint. This makes it ideal if you don’t have a ton of space available. The tradeoff is that the stride length is relatively short which could be less than ideal for taller people with longer strides. This machine also has wheels to make it easy to move around if needed.
This elliptical is easy to use and gives you a good workout. There are 16 resistance levels, and the display provides various readouts that you can track for your workouts. It is super quiet and smooth. So far it has exceeded my expectations, and I have had no issues with it so I would recommend it.

Getting the Niceday elliptical set up was a journey. The box was mostly demolished in transit and getting the elliptical from the front door to the garage was treacherous and required a large man to carry the base of it. It’s heavier than it looks folks.
Assembly required two people for the base feet, because I could not stabilize the base to get the stands on. After that, assembly was smooth. All parts were provided, and directions were easy to follow.
Overall, this machine feels pretty sturdy, runs smoothly, and doesn’t require any complicated batteries. I wish it had a water bottle holder. The screen doesn’t time out, which is…odd, but kind of nice? (The screen goes dark, but I can return to it the following day and it remembers where you left off.)
My main problem is stride length. I’m small, but have a large stride, so this machine constantly feels like a quad dominant stair stepper. I get very little usage out of my arms to stretch. The resistance is effective, however.
My second main issue is that my larger spouse (200+lbs) can make the machine physically move. The two front wheels don’t come with brakes, and so it can be shaken out of position. Furthermore, he is also a tall man (over 6ft), and he finds this machine uncomfortable. It doesn’t glide for him. It’s not smooth. He loves ellipticals at the gym and he hates this one.
In short, this machine works well if you’re shorter, but being smaller means you’ll need someone bigger to get the elliptical to its final destination. Large people — you’re probably gonna need to get a gym one.

I was blown away by how easy to assemble this thing was! I was expecting difficulty but it was pretty simple. It’s pretty easy to use, and I do appreciate that there is a console with a tracker. It has a small step size though…and that’s a tad odd but won’t prevent me from using it.

This is a great machine! It was pretty easy to put together, to in too many pieces. The best part is it’s very quiet., like almost silent! Can be used with a sleeping baby in the same room! The resistance options are great and It just seems like a high quality machine. Definitely recommend.
