I use this while I crochet as it helps get some steps in while I’m not moving around much. It also helps family members too who have trouble moving around. They come to visit and they find this easy to use. I think it’s a great machine to have in the house or even if you’re working a stationary job. It beats paying for a portable treadmill for standing desks too. If you read the manual it’s pretty easy to adjust it to how you want it or what feels best for you. Overall it works well and I enjoy using it.

When I got this, I was hesitant to believe that it would do much but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s small and simple yet. It works really well. It’s helped me reduce knee pain and it’s also very easy to store away and pop out if you’re just sitting in front of the TV and wanna do something active.

I love the Niceday twist stepper. It is easy to use and very compact in size so I can keep it in the living room and hop on it several times throughout the day. Since it is so compact and lightweight, I can easily put it out of sight if I have visitors. I like that I can change the tension on it and make it easier or harder and that it has a counter to keep track of my use. I also like the resistance bands so I can work on my arms at the same time. I was worried that the compact size would affect the stepper’s stability but I never feel it is unstable when using. This is a good piece of exercise equipment.

My girlfriend loves this for circuit training. She uses the resistance bands with the stepper in-between lower intensity yoga-style sets. The only issue is really with the way the machine turns your foot slightly. It can take some getting used to and creates strain in your knee until you get the technique down correctly. We like how small it is and that it’s easy to store. I’m not sure I’d recommend it as a stand-alone, but it’s great for integrating into circuits.

I received everything as the listing described. Although I will start off and say it’s a little misleading to list a silicone mat to reduce noise in the product photos if it’s not included as I found out upon rereading… after I got the box lol 😮💨🤦🏾♀️
The machine comes assembled, just have to attach the tension ropes which was very easy. I did appreciate the quick set up. It’s a decent size for easy portability and just barely clears to fit underneath my bed lol. Nice to move it and set up wherever and hop on for a few mins.
My main con is that the peddles move as they should but the tracker on mine doesn’t pick up any of my movements. Supposedly it turns on when you start making steps but mine won’t. Considering other reviews show it working normally, maybe it was the one I received? As shown, even when I push the button to turn it on manually it still stays at 0. I do full steps so I’m not sure why. I’ve had it for about a week now, nothings changed but I still use it to get some kinda exercise which is better than nothing and use a timer to track my own time. I just wish I could track the calories and amount of steps as well to input into an external app that i’m using.
Overall, 3 stars due to that issue and the slightly misleading photos.
