The size is as indicated in the listing, but it was a little smaller than I expected. I should have laid out the size beforehand. That’s on me, so I’m not deducting any stars. Just make sure the piece of equipment you plan to use this with will fit on it properly. The quality is good for the price. It’s a little small for what we wanted so we’re putting kettle bells on it, which works out great. This is a good value for the price.

I’m using this mat with a under the desk bicycle. It has a rubberized bottom for nonslip. It works better than a rug mat, but it is kind of overpriced for what it is.
