Recommended by ortho for knee replacement use. Easy to use but too expensive considering I could do the same motion myself just moving my foot back and forth on the floor. It hasn’t helped with getting my knee to bend as much as it should but it does loosen up the knee joint some so I can do the other exercises I need to do.

If you are looking to rehab your knee (post-injury, post-surgery), this is a great tool to help with your range of motion in the critical early rehab phase. I had my knee replaced last December and ROM is important to re-establish. This device helped with that, having an easy glide that allowed to control the extent to which I bent my knee, slowly allowing me to bend my knee more and more. Recommended.

I had a total knee replacement six weeks ago. The Knee-Glide has been great for working on my range of motion. It moves smoothly and gives me an easy way to work my knee while sitting at my desk.
It has a stand that swings down and elevates the end of the KG. Great, except it doesn’t snap into place. I’ll set it up and everything’s fine until I try to move KG a bit. The stand collapses, the KG falls flat, and I have to reach down and pick up the KG to reset the stand again. It really needs some way to lock the stand in place.
This is annoying enough to drop my rating down to three stars.

Hinge to raise the knee glide should lock in place that’s the only beef about it

If you had Knee Replacement you most bend it every day. This product makes it easy. Any time any place.

I read all the reviews and knew I’d need this for after my knee replacement. Definitely cut my recovery in half as with the glide I could easily work my knee and get the range of motion I needed. I used it on the bed and would put on the floor as well. So much better than trying to slide your foot on the bed or other surface. Definitely worth the money.

This is really helpful for after an AMZ/distilization (also known as a Tibial Tubercle Osteotomy/TTO) surgery I had that included a lateral release and MPFL reconstruction- I watch bob and brad on YouTube and I’ve used this after I was cleared to start bending my knee by my surgeon – it’s been a week of using this and I’m supposed to bend to only 50 degrees until X-rays but this has helped tremendously and my PT confirmed I can bend to 85 degrees in just a week of using this tool! It’s very light weight, I can use it during work while I work from home, and I can change it to work my quad or hamstring. My range of motion has improved a lot and I don’t think it would have improved as much without this tool. I’m keeping this for future knee surgeries I’ll probably end up having in my life, but I will definitely recommend it to anyone I come across who gets a knee surgery as well. I love this tool, and it’s so helpful- if you’re on the fence, I’d recommend it.

I used this device at my outpatient physical therapist sessions and decided to improve the quality of my at home PT by purchasing the exact same device. I’m hoping this will speed up the improvement in my range of motion. Advise… don’t over do it!
