I’ve been wearing my Oura ring every day and night for a little over 3 months and it seems very accurate. I’m usually skeptical of wearable monitoring devices, but often try them nonetheless, so I use several different ones, along with non-wearable, more accurate monitors to compare reliability. The Oura seems to be spot on with my sleep, stress, and activity. It’s always detected my naps and routine “workout” activities (I created a label for my strenuous every day activities). Those are really the only stats I look at. Battery life is pretty good (mine usually needs charging nearly every 3-4 days). It’s very stylish and comfortable. I like the pulse ox and heart monitors as well. It works very well with the Apple Health app and integrates seamlessly. The Oura App is also very well designed and functions perfectly. I have not been very careful with my ring—I‘ve dropped it twice on a hard tile floor and I also wear it while working with power tools and while doing light construction/carpentry/craft work and it has held up exceptionally well. I also have worn it while washing my hands, but take it off during bathing/showering. When I first purchased it, I wore a silicone ring over it for protection, but it was too bulky. Overall, I am very happy with this tracker and would definitely recommend it. I love the sleep tracking with my Apple Watch, but sadly, it needs to be on the charging dock at night, so that feature is pretty useless for me. The Oura, however, is perfect.

I’ve had the Oura ring for a month now and I love it so much! I had wanted this ring since it first came out but could never afford it. Now that you can use your FSA/HSA, it is possible. Since I used mine, I went with my favorite color rose gold. The color itself is gorgeous but not a true rose gold. It’s more of a true gold. Doesn’t matter because it’s beautiful and so functional. I look forward to waking up and checking my stats on the app. It is so accurate too! I thought I was getting a bit sick one day and it told me to take it easy so it picked up on the changes within my body. The sleep tracking is what I mainly got the ring for. I have trouble tossing and turning all night and this ring picks up on my sleep cycles. It will give suggestions of when you should go to sleep to get a better night’s rest. It is pretty comfortable to sleep with as well. Doesn’t bother me at all.
Choosing the right size of ring is very important. Since our fingers do tend to swell in our sleep and with the weather. I recommend sizing up. I usually wear a size 8 but with the sizing kit, I found I had to size up to a 9. Even when my finger has swelled, it’s not uncomfortable at least for me.
I have seen a lot of people being put off on the monthly subscription. Although it would be nice not to have to pay for one, I don’t mind it.
As far as the work out option, I haven’t gotten a chance to test it. I do feel it needs better options to choose from with the workout options they have. If it were more like the options on my Apple Watch, it would make it even better. I also feel the period tracking could be better. It’s very basic. Just lets you choose a start date and your flow. This is what I wish Oura could put more effort into tweaking on the app. Its period predictability is pretty spot on. But why should we have to use a separate app if we want to get a more detailed breakdown of our menstrual cycle?
I know there are other competitors with more reasonable pricing but Oura really is the way to go. I was able to easily put in my order here and got it the next day! Don’t order through the Oura site though. I had an order on their site that was taking forever to get any updates on my order and as it turns out, they were so backed up because they were busy fulfilling their Amazon contract. So just cancelled with them and ordered here and it worked out. If you’re debating on getting one, just do it!

I love my Oura ring! I’ve had it for a couple of months now and it is great for activity tracking, sleep tracking, and cycle tracking when linked to Natural Cycles. I love the look of the gold, and it’s so light and comfortable to wear all day and when you sleep. It holds a charge for several days and charges super quick when it does need to be charged.

En la app no tiene dado de alta a México en paises registrados, pero puedes poner la dirección de un hotel o mall en US y sin problema puedes registrarte.

First off, I can see why people throw a lot of hate and negative comments towards a ring. But like some other reviewers have stated, it offers convenience, style & better statistics and insight.
I will say a few things:
1. If you don’t plan on utilizing all the stats the app/ring offers, I don’t think it’s worth your money. I use this MAINLY for my body temp and for charting. I’ve been following the natural family planning for years and so I chart as well as keep track of bodily changes to determine my fertile window. The ring takes my temp every morning without me having to manually do it. This is convenient for me since I just had a baby.
2. I personally never liked wearing my Apple Watch with certain outfits. There would be times I wanted it to keep count of my steps but would go for a night out in something feminine and took my watch off because it threw off my outfit. A ring just looks much better and flattering
3. I love the insight it gives. It indicates when your levels/scores are low which can sometimes lead to you being sick, etc. you can see what times of the day you’re mostly stressed out (for me, 9-12 in the morning is when my levels are at it’s peak). It also gives recommendations on what to do to help get you back into a better state
Overall, if you feel like you’re not going to like it or you can see yourself already complaining about it, chances are you probably won’t get the best use out of this ring & I would say to save your money. However, if you feel like you will benefit from all the insights then I say give it a shot.
