Some assembly required but it was easy. All the screws came in the holes they belong in, not a plastic bag, so you know where each one belongs.

This is a good product for its price point. Good for beginners and advanced users. My only complaint is the seat is not too comfortable but that’s an easy fix with some extra padding.

Compact and folds up. Wish it had a cable for the row part but it has strap which may wear over time but all in all does what want it to.

We love how easy it was to assemble, that it does the job of exercising the body for maintaining health, and that it folds up easily against the wall when we’re not using it. We have a small apartment and this is great for our needs.
A couple of issues:
1. The digital screen is hard to remove in order to put batteries inside. It takes quite a bit of wiggling and maneuvering, which wasn’t the most ideal.
2. Ours didn’t come with the mobile phone holder at the top. We had to contact customer service through the Amazon customer-seller chat option. That area of the website warns you not to send personal information through it, like email, physical address, phone numbers, etc. But that’s what the seller/distributor needs to ship you your missing parts. It felt sketchy, but we did end up getting our missing part yesterday which was fantastic.
