We received our elliptical machine pretty quickly.
When I opened the boxed, I noticed some metal bend and thought that the machine was majorly damaged. However, there are metal tubes screwed into the elliptical machine for protection that need to be removed (awesome idea).
There were a couple things that needed to be replaced that were damaged during shipping or were not working. The seller was contacted and they responded promptly with options to replace or return. (A video with instructions was also sent to see if we were comfortable and willing to replace a part)
When accepted, the parts were sent quickly.
This elliptical is quite and the handles are foldable.
I am looking forward to loosing weight and inches on this.
So far, so good. The service was great!

We are very happy with our purchase of the pooboo Elliptical E399. It arrived before the expected delivery date and the instructions were clear and assembly was easy. When we had a question, customer service was very responsive. The machine is just the right size for our space and my husband and I both use it every day. Great quality for the price!

1st time use today. Went together very easily. I weigh 280 and did ten minutes on the machine. The motion of the machine as you move with it feels clunky due to being more of manual physical body rotation compared to an electronic guided machine that you maybe used to in your local gym. Overall provided the expected workout I wanted but my biggest peice of feedback is the foot pedals. With me being on the heavier side it felt as though the foot pedals were about to bend or break. Talk about making you sweat 😓 👀.

Assembly was still challengoing. After a couple of weeks of use, the main shaft started to make noise. Overall, it is sturdy and good value for the money.

For the record, I think the posted weight limits on Amazon are fine, but they are almost double the item’s supplied safety manual’s limit. As a big guy who was a college full ball player, I need a sturdy machine. It’s fine for my 5’6” wife but I’m not ready to sacrifice muscle mass to use an elliptical safely. I’ll still have have to go to the gym or run outdoors.

We received our elliptical machine in a timely manner, however the delivery service was not very gentel during the shipping process. There were three items that were broken, but we were still able to assemble the machine. I send pictures and descriptions of the damaged parts to pooboo and was contacted the following day asking if I felt comfortable making the repairs. They also included a video explaning the process very completely. I accepted the chalenge, and the replacement parts came a few days later. Following their detailed video, everything was replaced and the mchine works Great!! Also, this is the quietest ellipical machine we have ever seen. Bootom line, pooboo is a class act and have high quality products and outstanding service.

I recently bought this product to add to my at home gym and if this product is brand new there is no reason why it’s creaking and squeaking each time I get into a good rhythm.
Other than that, the product was easy to assemble,
