I have only used this a couple times so I can’t comment on its quality longevity. Initial thoughts…we don’t wear shoes in the house so the sandpaper covering on this is going to tear up our socks. I was hoping for some other type of grip surface. That said, the biggest flaw with this is its width. We got this primarily for squats since my balance and flexibility are lacking. My stance is typically wider than this board for squats. I can change it up, and I have, however, I don’t want to always be limited to a narrow stance.
I think I might go back to putting my heals up on hand weights:).

It arrived broken so returned it. Very disappointed the item was shipped out broken.

I bought a couple different versions of these, but this one folds nice and flat, and was the cheapest. Don’t let the prices fool you. This is the best bang for your buck.

It’s so easy to put it on and off. It’s light to carry around when I need. It’s very sturdy and strong. It’s great product for stretching your muscles and exercise too. Price is cheap!

This works and it’s well made, but generally speaking it’s a bit too steep. The lowest setting is probably the highest I’d go, and the steepest setting is a bit ridiculous. BUT it gets the job done, folds up flat, and has a good texture for not slipping (a bit like sandpaper). Not sure I’d pay full price for it, but it gets the job done

My calf and Achilles have gotten unpleasantly tight following an injury, so I’ve been looking for a comfortable way to stretch them. I’ve used calf lifts designed for weightlifters in the past, but find them too narrow for me. This OiZenhio stretching board seemed much better suited to my needs. It’s great for exercising, and can also make a nice footrest to keep under your desk, in the bathroom, etc.
The overall design is very simple, and it functions much like a basic laptop stand. You just select the groove that corresponds with the height/angle you want, lock the anchor tab into it, and you’re ready to go. I was a bit tentative at first, but it was able to hold my weight (about 300 lbs) without any issues. The anti-skid coating on the face works very well, and the plywood construction makes it relatively lightweight.
The problem I had is that the anchor tab is either cut or attached at a slight angle. As a result, it doesn’t fit properly into the slots (see photo). It’s a minor issue, but it does cause a little bit of wobbling when you use the device. I’ve deducted one star because of that.
At $44.99 this is priced similarly to most competing platforms I’ve seen on Amazon. It’s a good product, but it never hurts to shop around a bit if you want to find the best price.
My rating: 4 stars

The slant board is very sturdy and stable, offering a great calf workout even at the lowest angle. It’s easy to store, fitting behind a door or in a closet without taking up much space. The only downside is that the board’s surface isn’t polished, giving it a slightly rough feel. However, it gets the job done for stretching and physical therapy. Great for home workouts!

Overall, I’m really pleased with this item. I’ve used these before at physical therapy and really liked it, so I figured it would get one for home to use after my workouts. It’s a simple design and folds up easily for efficient storage.
At first, I wasn’t so sure that it would be sturdy enough based on the support “leg” portion, but it’s held all of my weight as well as my husband.
While the angle of incline is adjustable, I wish it had adjustments that would allow it to incline lower than it does…it’s pretty steep, even at it’s lowest level. Granted, I don’t typically stand on it entirely (usually keep my heels on the floor and put half my foot on the board), but the stretch is pretty significant with it inclined so much.
Other than that (and that’s pretty minor), I’m super happy with it.

I am revising my initial 5-star rating to 1 star. At first, I was satisfied with the purchase—the calf stretcher worked as expected. However, the product failed when someone weighing 240 pounds used it, even though it’s advertised to support up to 450 pounds. That’s 210 pounds under the listed limit. The moment they stepped on it, the small screws holding the hinges popped out, and the unit collapsed. It’s clear that this product is poorly constructed with inadequate screws, and the claimed weight capacity is misleading, this is a dangerous false claim, somebody could get really hurt using this kind of poorly made equipment.

I run fairly consistently, so retaining flexibility is important to avoid injury. The slant board provides a quick way to perform calf stretches. The hinged design allows it to collapse completely for storage, but when needed it can be quickly set up for stretching. Not sure how anyone manages 45 degrees, but 20-30 works great for a deep stretch.
The build quality is good. The plywood feels sturdy and the hinges run along the entire length of the board joints. The edges of the boards are a little sharp, so I plan to run my router along them to add a 1/8″ radius. That will make it more comfortable to handle. The sandpaper is rough enough that it provides a lot of grip. For the cost is it well constructed, the base materials are all good.

Quickly shipped and packaged well. Reasonably priced. Unboxed slant board , its basically 2 wooden board pieces hinged together and cut out slots for height adjustments. Sandpaper like surface for providing needed friction. Overall nice space saving design as you can fold when not in use.Â
Here are my reservations : Board finishing feels average , hinges had metal pins popping out with sharp edges had to push them back in with a screw driver . I saw cracking on bottom surface not sure if its transit damage or manufacturing defect but when I saw that crack closely, bottom board in that area felt so thinned out almost wafer like , if while exercising you had a carabiner or anything sharp on gym floor that would easily punch through.
My other concern is more related to overall design & functionality , since width felt less atleast in my opinion , so you are forced to keep feet together during calf raises esp. feel more when wearing shoes , it also limits versatility as you cant do exercise where placement is shoulder width apart .  Also since width is less than length , it stands tall when you adjust height making it unstable and unsafe. Did not even want to try with weights :-). I dont recommend using this esp in elevated positions.

This broke before I could even use it. I was showing my son my new slant board and the hinges tore away from the board. Check out the 1/4 inch screws used to hold it together, for something that’s supposed to stand up to stress.
The routered slots in the base, the one they sent me clearly had a stutter or something during manufacturing. See the pic where there’s a double slot routed out. That’s a defect and a pretty obvious one.
The finish where they’ve routed out the base is nasty. Dirty, and full of rough edges.
And even the black grip tape on the slant board is installed misaligned, see the picture. They couldn’t even get that right?
This is absurd that they would sell this at all, nevermind for the price of a high quality piece.
Junk, and entirely unusable, broke before I could use it the first time.
