I have severe arthritis in both knees. I was in too much pain to walk a significant distance for therapeutic purposes. I got the idea that if I had a machine that would help me move and keep me moving for a period of time,I would eventually build up strength and stamina for therapeutic movement. I’ve had this for only a week or so but was surprised to see that even after the first short session I had a much better range of motion and less pain. This machine is a wonderful way to move without a great deal of stress on the joints. It gently moves your joints and assists if you don’t have strength enough to follow through. Now I will be able to participate more fully in my Physical Therapy and enjoy being able to move without pain and difficulty.

This exerciser is well-made and it works well. It is very easy to assemble and it is sturdy. The exerciser is stable during use and the pedaling motion is smooth. However, the range of motion is limited due to the short lever arms. The controls are easy to understand and use.

It is very convenient and easy to use, the remote control can be taken out, and the leg joints can be moved as much as you like when watching TV, and there are several speed gears that can be adjusted. Effectively enhance joint motion.

Good quality, quiet and it the perfect size to sit on my recliner and pedal while watching tv or on my phone. It help tremendously with my range of motion after having total hip replacement surgery.
