Treadmill arrived very well packed. It is a large, heavy box, so be prepared. All parts were present, including a few extra screws, nuts & washers. Hex key/Phillips screwdriver tool well made and a nice size. Wrench a bit small. Took 1.5 hours to unbox & assemble. The booklet wasn’t very helpful. We found the assembly videos on the Amazon product page much easier to follow. Thank you so much for providing them!
Hardest part was attaching the console- easier with two people as it’s “bend over” work and the console tends to flop around until it’s anchored. And if you have stiff fingers from arthritis it’s a tight space to manipulate a small nut without cross-threading it. Also (not unexpected) had to jiggle the left handle to line up the screw holes with those in the hand rail. You will have to pull the rubber plugs from the handles before sliding the rail inside.
There are a couple of warnings in the material provided about the communication wires. Be sure you pay attention to them – the wires and connectors are small and very fragile.
All that being said, once the machine is fully assembled and running, it’s solid and very stable. The handrails are perfect for anyone with balance issues. And the console is easy to read and use and very straightforward. The treadmill doesn’t take up a lot of room and it’s quiet. The manual is clear about how to use the machine and even includes a few simple stretching exercises.
Bottom line, very glad we chose this machine, especially for the price.

Size rails and easy controls

I am a senior female and thought I might be a little challenged putting it together, however, I did it without incident. There are “start” and “stop” switches on the left handle bar which is handy, but regretfully, the “stop” switch doesn’t respond. The same features are on the front panel which work fine. Also, the safety cord, which I faithfully use, will immediately turn the tread mill off.

Smaller than a regular treadmill so it doesn’t take up nearly the room. We are at the age now where we walk in a treadmill, not run. So it doesn’t need the larger length and width. But it still records miles walked, speed, calories burned and heat rate. Has prefixed modes but we just turn it on and walk. The bars all along the side are great for comfort that you won’t lose your balance. We don’t fold it up since it doesn’t take up that much room. Definitely a plus for seniors who want to get some exercise and flexibility without having to go to a gym. Worth the money and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a walking treadmill.

I use this for daily workouts. I have moderate balance issues. This machine is heavy and therefore solid, has a user friendly interface. The hand rails are particularly useful in maintaining balance which is a must for me. Very impressed.

The instructions are less than satisfactory. They simply do not provide enough detail which left me scratching my head several times. That said, the unit came with extra bolts, washers, and nuts. Always a plus.
The unit is described as being foldable. It is NOT. Yes, the track is foldable but the long handrails on either side are not. If the long handrails are in place, then the unit is not foldable. The only way to fold the unit is to remove the long handrails and they are particularly difficult to install or remove. This negates the idea of folding it up, putting it under a couch (for instance) to store it, and then pulling it out and unfolding it for use. The seller should not advertise this item as being foldable.

This treadmill was great for someone who can’t always go out for a walk. I love how portable and how sturdy it is. So far it works really well. The modes are very convenient if you like to keep track of time and calories spent. All in all a very good buy.

I enjoyed walking outside, but after a couple of falls onto the pavement I was too afraid to continue. Got a cane but that did not seem to reassure me. This treadmill allows me to keep in better shape. I’m very critical and hard to please, but this machine is so well designed. With variable speeds, from a very slow walk right up to a slow jog. The handrails are essential for me and they are nicely padded. The screen is easy to read and and understand, yet offers different “routines” . Only suggestion is that the power button could be higher up, but I can operate it pretty easily with my foot.

Seems to work fine for what I need. I’m a senior and I needed something convenient for exercising. It has a slow speed, too slow for me to start, but would work well for surgery rehab. I am just now experimenting to find the speed most comfortable for me. It has several different programs, but I haven’t been able to figure them out yet.
