I bought this bike knowing that it was going to be a starter bike. I picked this one primarily because I could get it shipped to my house faster than other models. Recently I had to return it because the resistance knob broke. The return was easy and my account was credited quickly.
Before you buy, you should know this:
-The bike isn’t the most sturdy. It feels cheap, which isn’t all that unexpected.
-The handle bars do not come up high enough. One of the earlier reviews said the bike wasn’t for tall people. I am 5’11” and felt that I could have used a few more notches on the handle bars.
-There is no cadence monitor. If you intend to use the Peloton app, they use cadence as one important measure. You can guess, but its just that, a guess.
-My resistance knob broke after about two months of riding a couple of times a week.
-Prior to the knob breaking, the bike did give me one heck of a workout.
-The water bottle holder is in an odd place where you can only hold a very small bottle.
-I would not recommend it if you intend to do Peloton type workouts on a regular basis. If you want to go at your own pace, do your own thing, and aren’t tall, this bike would work.

I was so excited to get my bike to workout from home it was my first choice of all of them due to size and impact to the body. Was super easy and quick to put together by following the simple instructions was set up in 15 min. Great quality and great service, we had questions and when we emailed them they responded immediately. I like the belt driven system for the smooth quiet ride and great product for the price after searching for online for days.
I like the adjustability of the seat that moves up and down and forward and the adjustable handle bars. The seat felt passed nicely after my first ride using it. I drink water my whole workout and the water holder is perfect to quickly grab.
Because i live in a highrise its great to be able to move it easily and i does not take up a lot of space. I am excited for this bike to work out everyday day from home.

I have had this bike for a little over a month. It does the job, however, I am not as impressed with it as I thought that I would be. It was very easy to assemble, but, the padding stuff on the handle bar was damaged. It doesn’t hinder the function of the bike, but it is a bummer that it arrived that way. Aside from that my other complaint is that the seat is crazy squeaky. I always double check to make sure all of the knobs are tight and without fail about 10 minutes into a ride is it back to squeaking away. Overall, this bike alright, however, I don’t think I would buy it again. I kinda wish that I would have purchased a different one.

Nice simple bike. It was very easy to assemble, it took me 15 minutes. The bike is sturdy and the seat is very comfortable. It is very basic but does the job. Resistance doesn’t have numbers it goes from – to + , I didn’t like that on the beginning but now I got used to it. My husband who is 230 lbs works out on it as well he is 6,2 feet tall and says that the seat could be a little higher, but for me 5,7 is perfect.

Updated Review: Support reached out to me within a few hours of my review and asked me what they could do to make this right. They were super helpful and took care of everything as well as gave me some suggestions to adjust the bike for more comfort.

My bike had no instructions included. I was able to manage, but I can see how that would be very annoying to others.
Also the handlebar height feels too low for me. I can’t get comfortable. I would like to see the same revision that was made on the seat made on the handle bars (add 3 more mounting holes for extra height).
As a beginner, the most important thing is ‘am I actually going to use it’. If it’s very uncomfortable, there’s a higher chance that I won’t use it.
Still not sure if I will keep the bike or not. Giving it a few days

I purchased this bike for my husband and it took him a few hours to assemble it. When he opened the box, the parts were scattered throughout the packaging, there was no labeling and from the overall presentation it appeared that it was a returned item that the retailer resold. The concern with this is that the item was advertised as a new item. As he carried out with the assembly, we found that the medal portion of the seat was bent in and the seat was unstable. I called customer service and their team was helpful. They stayed on the phone while we tried re-tighten up the seat, adjust the seat and sit on it to ensure comfort ability. As soon as I sat on it you could hear a loud click. We have more than one bike already so this isn’t his first time assembling one, so we knew it was an issue. We were finding ways for he, myself and our son to have our own bikes so that we can work out as a family during these unforeseen times. Unfortunately, this purchase was a complete fail and it was disheartened because as a retailer you had to know the condition the product was in. Although a replacement was offered, I respectfully declined it because now it became a trust issue. Not saying this is everyone else’s experience but it was definitely ours. Wishing you all safety.
