This plate is very stable and wide enough to hold me without concern about tipping over. I am a fairly large person. I like the default ten-minute timer that I can easily adjust with the remote. The three vibration levels are nice, but I cannot really tell if one level is doing any more for me than the others. You are supposed to be able to do exercises while it vibrates, but I really have not got the hang of moving around on it while it is shaking. The stretch bands are great for the arms though, and hopefully I will be able to lose some inches by using this.

Overall good product and I’m satisfied. The speed is up to 120 in manual mode, the vibration frequency is very fast, but the noise is low and does not affect daily life. Using the machine for 15 minutes makes me sweat which is amazing,

The vibrating exercise machine works well for the most part and provide a decent workout. Its fairly easy to use but it does take time to get use to using it.
The cord that comes with it is very short and this has been a major issue. I’ve had to use an extension cord just to reach a nearby outlet where mine are it isn’t like standard placement, and unfortunately, the cord and machine gets very warm during use with the extension cord. This is quite concerning, especially when thinking about long-term safety and the lifespan of this machine. I just wish they would have considered providing a longer cord to avoid these issues. It works, but the cord situation definitely needs attention.

I could feel how it engages my muscles through the vibration, and even after just 10-15 minutes of vibration, I notice that my body feels more fitter and more energized. Since workout on the vibration plate I haven’t lost any weight but I have lost inches in my abs, thighs, and upper arms. I’ve already gone down in pants one size 8 to 6, went from XL to L in shirts. If you don’t have time to run outside, you can do it on this Vibration Plate. It is good physical stimulation to accompany my mental stimulation, and builds it easily into my busy schedule.

I ordered this vibration plate for exercise. I wanted to increase the benefits of the workouts I had just started doing. I have a friend who had one of these and I remember seeing these a lot on TV when I was younger. Now that I own one, I see the alure. It is fun to work out on this. It actually feels good on the body. It’s too soon. To see any weight loss, but I have noticed that I want to stand on this for a while after work or if I’ve been walking a lot to help sooth my muscles and bones, especially my lower back and ankles. It’s really nice to work out on this or to just stand and enjoy the vibrations. It’s a well built machine and was shipped well packaged. I took off one star because of the uber short cord. I’m going to have to buy a heavy duty extension cord to use with this.

I’ve heard that vibration plates are really beneficial, so I decided to snag this to try it out. Holy vibration, this is pretty cool! And I’m really surprised that it really is quiet, which I’m very happy about, mainly since it won’t annoy my son, whose bedroom is right below the upstairs room where I do my workouts. 🤪 My only nitpick is that the cord is short – I had to get a heavy-duty extension cord so I could have it placed where I want it instead of being subjected to practically hugging the wall when using it. I do recommend this – it’s a great addition to any workout regimen, and I look forward to seeing the long-term benefits!

I have enjoyed using this vibration plate. It provides a strong vibration that feels good on my legs and joints.
It is quiet. Even with the strong vibration, I was not able to feel the vibrations on the floor or furniture that was more than about a foot from the machine so I trust it is not bothering anyone downstairs from where I workout.
I will say, I wish the power cord was longer so that I could move this further away from the outlet. Also, the plastic housing where the power cord inserts into the machine is cut unevenly. It’s not a big deal but I did find I had to wiggle to plug back and forth to get it to move past the plastic edge and fit into the power slot. I don’t think this will cause any safety issues. It’s just a bit annoying if you will be moving this and will be plugging/unplugging this daily.

This vibration plate provides so many benefits to you that it difficult to say no.
My sons kept talking to me about it after I told them all the amazing things my personal trainer told me about it.
My boys are very athletic and love researching about new stuff.
So they convinced me, I ordered and here I am telling you about my experience.
It took me a bit to get used to exercising with the vibration of the plate, I’m not going to lie. But once I got used to, I just can’t get enough of it 😂
I can do my squats, do some marching, use the stretching bands that come with the plate and also use my own to work both, my upper and lower body and I really see a difference with the results.
I love the digital screen that shows me my progress light and clear.
I love the fact that I can change speeds, program the time I want to workout and that I can do it. Annually if I want. It also comes with a little remote.And a great thing is that it is so quiet that I can do my workouts while talking on the phone or watching the news. How amazing is that?
The four suction cups are great to keep the plate in place. It is a very well designed device that it’s portable and you can also slide under your bed if you want.
