I originally ordered this for myself to use under my desk at work. This under-desk elliptical is meant to be used while sitting down only. It is a bit bulky, so if you have a small desk, this may not work for you. The elliptical is quite quiet and moves slowly in a circular motion. This helps promote blood circulation in your legs if you’re used to sitting down for long periods of time. The included remote is extremely useful, especially if you’re unable to reach down to the ground to start/stop the machine. I ended up giving it to my grandpa to use at the nursing home instead though, as he has been wheelchair bound for over a month now. This will help him increase his leg muscle mass while he’s unable to walk. It’s easy to use and can be used at various speeds and abilities.

It is worth the money. I work at desk 5 days a week. I really need exercise with my legs. This machine is a great idea, completely assembled, easy to operate. It starts slow as a warm up, the motor is quiet and smooth. I just put it under my desk and it fits perfect in my small space. Love it!

I’ve had another “name brand” of these in the past so I’m mostly comparing to that. I went and weighted it and it’s about 16lbs, Much lighter than the previous. Not overly heavy, but with enough weight to keep it from sliding. I haven’t had any problem with it sliding on either hardwood, or carpet.
The pictures in this ad are misleading in that to really make use of this machine, you need to plug it in. And set it up. And get batteries for the remote… In my impatience, I just used it without all that and found the resistance, at least for now, to be sufficient. Going backwards was more challenging, but that could just be me. I am a senior and deal with all that goes along with that. And all that goes along with a sedentary lifestyle.
For now I’m liking it. That may change if/when I have to get into the programs as my initial perusal of the instructions didn’t come across intuitively to me. Rather they turned me off even bothering with it. But I like that I don’t have to use it that way anyways.
Peace and fitness

I got this because I work from home and wanted something to keep my legs busy while working, and this works really well. has a lot of great options and multiple speeds suitable for a bunch of different workout styles. It has a remote which tries to make it easier to use., however, I found the remote is sluggish and slow to respond so I ended up using the buttons on the unit more. Without the remote I still found that I like this a lot and it works well to keep you busy if you sit at your desk a lot..

I’ll confess to being thoroughly flummoxed by this elliptical.
I got this thinking that it would be a good way for me to sneak in a little extra cardio while working from home. It works okay, but I have one huge issue with this.
The device has adjustable speeds in which the pedals basically move on their own and lightly drag your feel along for the ride. This strikes me as bizarre and downright counter-intuitive. The ellipticals at my gym offer resistance settings to give you varying degrees of resistance to push against while pedaling. I’ve never encountered an elliptical that tries to do the work for you.
I’m not loving that aspect of this device.
Left unplugged, or put into the manual mode, the elliptical offers an okay enough workout. I’m moving around and burning off some calories at least. This is certainly an improvement versus just sitting in a chair all day.
