I’ve been using FitBit Charge 2s for a long time. And this style of wrist band is by far the most secure. But I had a big problem this time. Got the Amazon shipping bag – opened it up . . . . and there was nothing it. EMPTY! No Amazon phone number to call anymore. So I was just going to send it back, but of all Amazon’s directions and stipulations for returns, nothing was acceptable. No actual product to to return . . . no refund. Ha! So I just bought another one.

My first band lasted about a year with daily use before breaking. I contacted the shipper, who promptly issued a refund, with which I bought another band. Again, so far so good, especially for the price.

Bought this in late March, and it’s already breaking in July. I loved the color, though it started discoloring in the first week. And the band is tearing near the attachment latch. I bought replacement bands from other companies that cost similar or less and lasted years. This lasted only approximately three months, which is sad because I liked the color (even with the discolorations) and fit very much. If it lasted a year (or close to), I would have given it a better rating. 100% don’t recommend if longevity is important to you. Hate that I have to start looking for a new band again so soon.

The first band that arrived was broken. The company sent me a second band in perfect shape. Still not sure why people like me are required to mail back the defective item. That’s one extra step for the innocent recipient.

I needed a band as my old one was torn. This item was simple and came quickly. Easy to replace. The band is okay, though could be more comfortable.

I have bought over 7 replacement bands in different colorways for past 5 years. I wear everyday. Only problem is that lighter colors like white, yellow, light pink tend to lose their color and start turning grayish. This cannot be cleaned as the color itself fades.
