Like this ring. When you want the results you can check your phone.

So I had gotten this tracker about 2 1/2 months ago. I’ve been seeing trackers like this all over TikTok for way cheaper $20 and less sometimes, but when I would look up the outside reviews for those trackers, they weren’t the best and they gave off cheap. I didn’t want to spend the $200-$400 for the Aura Ring and some of the Aura Ring competitors.
I have an Apple Watch Series 9, but I don’t sleep with it so I wanted some thing that I could still monitor my sleep and heart rate without having to wear my watch to bed. Will say for the first two months this ring checked all the boxes. It wasn’t super expensive, but it also wasn’t super cheap. It was very easy to set up very easy to integrate With the app and my health app on my iPhone. And it monitored pretty much the same as my Apple Watch so there wasn’t too much of a deviation between what was tracking when I had my Apple Watch on and what was tracking when I was wearing the ring.
The reason I only gave three stars was because now that were entering , almost 3 months of me having the ring between 2 to 3 months of me having the ring it is not holding a charge. Well, I charge it all night and put it on this morning and I went to work went about my usual day and as I am checking my stats, I see that my stats are reading and so I go to the settings and see that the ring is disconnected because it no longer has a charge . This is frustrating because I did charge it for a full seven hours last night so it shouldn’t be dead. It’s a little disheartening that I haven’t even had this ring for a full three months and I’m already running into issues. I did have the Forsyte to purchase the two year protection plan so hopefully I can either get it traded out or fixed. So that’s another reason why I’m like well it was less than 100 bucks so you kinda get what you pay for, but it did everything that I needed to do. I just hope this battery issue is and not something I will constantly have to be worried about. That was one of the reasons why I switched from the Fitbit back to the Apple Watch is because the Fitbit were good for about a year or two before they were charging issues and everything else and you had to replace it.
The ring claims to be waterproof, but I will say I would take it off when washing the dishes. I wouldn’t wear it in the shower either so the most wet it got is like washing my hands after the bathroom. So I don’t think the water usage that I did have while wearing the ring would contribute to the battery dying quicker. When I first got the ring a charge would last anywhere from 4 to 5 days and here recently I’ve noticed I’m having to charge it more often and then like I mentioned, I charged it all last night and it was still dead in the morning. I have it on the charger now.
As for comfort, I got a larger size and it fit well if it pretty true to size there were some nights where I have to switch fingers because or take it off due to swelling not because of the ring just so to speak, but it was a beautiful ring I chose the rose gold and it was comfortable to wear.

This was way too big for me, but hubby is quite taken with it. He enjoys using the app to see how he slept how many steps he has taken, his heart rate, etc.
It does a great job for half the cost of a smartwatch or fitness tracker. A bit of a novelty, but a great introduction to a fitness tracker if someone is considering one.

After charging for over 2 hours the ring will not pair with the company app. All FAQs are not helpful. Way too much time and plan to return for a second time (they run big). Bust.

Surprisingly, I got the correct size when I requested this item to try. It’s very simple in appearance and after a few weeks, it has held up pretty well. The app interface is pretty basic with large tiles on the home page. I have Activity, Heart Rate, Stress, Sleep, Blood Oxygen, and Sport Record. Across the bottom, you have Home, Activity, Sleep, and Me. All other areas are pretty standard. The Me tab has the option to bind the ring to the app, which is kind of like pairing the device. It will tell you the firmware, battery remaining (more on this in a bit), and has options for finding teh ring, theme, low battery prompt, and some other items which are relatively inconsequential.
Battery life is decent enough. You get several days of usage out of it. I think I managed to get 5 days, which was pretty amazing. You can see battery life remaining under the Me screen, but I question the accuracy as I’ll notice that I may have 30% or more when I check, but then it dies on me randomly. The notification for low battery has never worked correctly and doesn’t prompt until the ring has been fully recharged and I go back into the app, so I find it to not be so great. Charging is through a proprietary connection and you can only connect it in one way and the cable is relatively short. I would love to see an accessory that allows for wireless charging or a dock of some sort.
The measurements it obtains via monitoring are fairly accurate. I compare to my Fitbit based Pixel 2 watch and the sleep and recorded steps are within and acceptable degree of variation. While it may not make sense to have multiple items that perform the same function, remember that the ring can capture data continuously when I may need to charge my watch or take my watch off like when in the shower (yes, you can actually wear this ring in the shower). Yes, you need your phone to actual view the data, but that’s the only time you need to view it. It will record consistently.
I will give the device a knock for the documentation. It differs in information from what I found in the app. There was initially some confusing information surrounding whether or not I could wear it in the shower. The included documentation said not to get it wet, but when I looked online, it says that you could, but to dry it immediately, so that took some research. While it wasn’t a deal breaker, it was inconsistent and threw me for a loop.
I like this device and can see it’s value. I don’t know if I necessarily need another fitness device, but it’s a new wearable that gets decent battery life and will allow you to wear longer than most of the popular items on the market. I gave it 4 stars based on usage and features, but I don’t know if I will recommend it based on how it duplicates functions that you already receive on so many other devices. This will definitely be a personal choice item.

Product ring is good. App is keep crashing for Sleep monitoring. Not stable App to measure.

I have had this ring for about a week. First it took at least 5+ tries to get it to pair. Second I don’t think it is as accurate as my fit bit as no matter how little i sleep it tells me it was excellent. Third the steps are not always accurate. The price is decent and I wanted to try a ring before spending $300+.

I didn’t want to spend nearly $500 on an Oura Ring, so this was the next best option. I mainly use it to track steps, so I haven’t explored other features. The quality is good in my opinion. I have noticed a few scratches and some tarnishing (purchased a 2 months ago), but it doesn’t bother me. I do take it off whenever I am washing my hands or cleaning. I typically need to charge it about every 4 to 5 days.
