It monitors everything pretty accurately, but the app/device doesn’t link to Google fit or MyFitnessPal pal. I work nights so I sleep alot of days and for some reason it only records when I sleep during night hours and when I press the sleeping portion of the app if it’s been a few days since I slept at night the app closes out. It’s a little thick but I think most smart rings currently are.
