   I quickly decided to return this item not because of the ring itself, but because the app that you download for it was not to my liking. It required an account and wanted to manage my phone calls and camera and other stuff. Too invasive for me. The app required is called Smarthealth. I feel smart rings are fairly similar with regard to the data they store, but the apps themselves determine what they will display and how. I want more of a basic health monitor app — not an activity driven app. So I bought a different brand that used ORing as its app and like it way more – however it does not provided blood pressure info. So when shopping for a smart ring – consider the app and its reporting features. That is my best advice.

   The ring has connection issues. I also question the step counter. It is a good ring. It’s a good starter ring. So, in that regard, it is good for me. It depends on what you are looking for in this type of ring.
