Easy application set-up is an excellent aid to monitor health, exercise, and other activities necessary to get you in shape and keep you there. Style, size, and function match most casual outfits. You won’t be disappointed. Remember, this is an aid but comes close to accuracy in other devices.

Since my current smart watch does not display weather data, I was interested in trying this watch. I was also hoping the charging system for it would work better than my current one.
I do love how it charges – there is an odd-looking USB-C connector hidden under the lower band. Once you remove the band, you simply have to insert the connector into any USB-C port. The watch will very clearly display the charging progress as it charges. I wish my current smart watch worked this way.
The weather turned out to be a disappointment – yes, it does display the weather on the home screen, but it only updates if you open the phone app and sync with the watch. It showed 84 degrees (F) and sunny all through hurricane Helene. If I have to get my phone out, I might as well look up the weather on my phone.
There was another difference that I liked – this watch is slimmer and a bit longer than my current one. As a small female, I appreciate things that come in petite sizes. Also, the band seems more sturdy than the one that came with my current watch.
The last thing I liked about it was that it has a great “drink water” reminder that you can set to subtly vibrate throughout the day on the hours that you choose. THAT would be fantastic for me – I so wish my current watch had that feature!
Unfortunately, the problems with this watch far outweigh those few benefits. In addition to what I already mentioned:
-The screen scratches heavily with normal, daily wear.
-The touch control is limited to a single touch point that can only register short-touch or long-touch.
-The only way to navigate the menus is by tap-tap-tapping your way through the whole menu.
-The touch point does not always work very well – sometimes it doesn’t work at all.
-The charge only lasts about 2 days.
-There were only 3 or 4 types of exercise it can monitor.
-It wasn’t displaying my notifications consistently.
-It didn’t seem to be taking accurate readings of heart rate.
So while there are a few features here that I really like, the overall problems make this watch unusable. Sad!

This watch is very cute and useful. You can customize the main home screen that shows you the time. I wanted to use this to track my running. I used both the watch as well as Google fit on my phone. Every time, the watch said that I had run anywhere from 0.2 – 0.5 of a mile less than what Google fit had tracked.
The battery also isn’t the best. While it’s certainly not bad, the paper that came with the watch noted that the battery would last 7 days of intense use, and 14 days of minimal use. I had to charge the watch after 6 days which was fine. However, it started making me charge it every 2-4 days after that despite getting to a full charge after those first 6 days.
This watch can also track your heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, and temperature. It stores this data in the app that comes with the app. I’m not entirely sure how accurate these all are. According to the watch, I’m running a constant fever 1-2 degrees higher than normal which is not accurate. Also, since it has no way of squeezing my wrist, I’m not too sure that the blood pressure tracker is accurate either.
On the second day of having this watch, the app malfunctioned and gave me an award for 10,000 steps, 20,000 steps, and 30,000 steps all at once for the same day. The watch itself said I only had taken around 10,000. It can also track your sleep and how deep of a sleep you’re in, though again I can’t say for sure how accurate it is.
One annoying thing is that it can have notifications from your phone, but only from certain apps. It doesn’t work with my google calendar or google messages, but it does allow whatsapp. It can be really annoying that it isn’t compatible with some apps. Additionally, as far as I know, you can’t edit the vibration intensity, and when the watch vibrates it can be quite loud in a quiet room. It’s not the worst for the price but in the future I will probably get a fitbit.
