I like the watch. Better quality than my other watch. My only complaint at this time is that I cannot seem to remove the sports I don’t want displayed on the watch. For example. One sport is basketball. I do not play basketball.
I would like to replace it but I can only add a sport, and when I do it removes the last sport listed because it only displays a certain amount of sports. Like my other watch, I should be able to remove unwanted sports so I can have the sports I want displayed on the watch. I cant find the option for that on this watch. This is frustrating because now I have unwanted sports displayed on the watch and I have to add a sport I want each time I want to use it. Otherwise I would give it a 5 star.

I bought this to help get back in shape and track my progress.
1. The face is bigger, than I thought but not a big deal.
2. It comes with a lot of different fitness options which was why I wanted the watch. However there are 7 pre-selected. Of those seven I only would use 2 but I want to use 5 of the other options but can only add 1extra at a time. Everytime I try to add an activity it removes the last one I added.
3. It does not save/log any data beyond a set amount of time, which I have yet to discover what it is.
The bottom line is I would not recommend this product even for the sale price.

This was my first smartwatch. I bought it because it has a lot of features, and I figured it would be a good way to figure out what features I wanted.
The Good:
Size was nice for my small wrist. I was trying to find one that wouldn’t seem like I was wearing a salad plate on my wrist. However, I have since bought another smartwatch from Gard Pro and a salad plate on my wrist is, in fact, better!
It tracks a lot of different things.
Good performance overall.
Battery easily lasted 7 days and was quick to charge.
Seller response was quick.
The Not So Good:
The “manual”. The print is so small as to be unreadable even with a magnifying glass! It’s not just small but ridiculously small!
It wasn’t all that easy to reach the Seller. One had to go through Amazon and get links. But as noted above, once they were reached, they responded quickly.
The watch really had a love affair with temperatures of 105 and 89. It routinely got stuck on the same temperature for 12-18 hours straight. It was correctly paired.
Sleep tracking missed a couple of hours at the start of night more than I liked. Also, I would have liked the app to show REM too and to give a sleep score.

I was using a famous brand FITness tracker for many years. I needed to replace it only to discover how expensive the brand is. I was very skeptical to buy a brand that I had never heard of but took a chance on the EGQINR H31 Smart Watch.
I am so happy I did! I paid less than half the price of the other brand and got so much more for my money.
This Smart Watch is very easy to set up and use. I found my Fit tracker a little complicated to use for anything other than sleep and steps. I now use my Smart Watch for controlling music, phone calls, messaging in addition to steps and sleep because it is so easy to set up. There are many more functions that I use occasionally. The app is also very user friendly. I am not the best with technology so this really helps.
The battery is very good. I charge it every 5-7 days depending on how much I use the extra functions.
It is very comfortable to wear and durable. I never take it off and have no scratches on the face or other marks.
I highly recommend the H31 Smart Watch for it’s quality, ease of use, and value.

I’ve wanted to get a watch that takes and makes calls, however they can be really expensive or not good quality.
This watch is amazing and looks pretty! It’s got many features, all accessible by hooking up to your phone via Bluetooth and downloading the app. You can actually use the watch without using the app too – I just like to use the tracking features and steps functions.
The speaker on the watch is clear quality and I have made many calls and received them no problem. There’s little features like a calculator too, which is unusual on a watch, however still handy to have!
Touch screen is responsive, but if you select to type a number in to call or to use the calculator, you do have to be a little slower than usual as the screen is small. It’s great and it is comfortable. Thank you and I highly recommend for this price!!

I bought my watch in May, I wore it in the pool in August and it quit working. I contacted the sellers and they were very helpful. They sent out another watch right away at no cost and checked to make sure I received it. Love this watch and the company, and would recommend highly.
Very disappointed. Doesn’t hold a charge. The face of the watch will not stay changed and sometimes will not change at all due to the battery not staying charged. Will not recommend. –

this watch worked for about 1 month then started not displaying the time and now it won’t even turn on. the instructions say to push a button that doesnt exist. the menus cannot be configured to prioritiE the functions we use. this was purchased as a safety device for a senior and is useless due to the very unintuitive interface. do not buy.

I bought this for my husband when he was recovering from a pulmonary embolism. He kept complaining his phone didn’t seem to be accurate in terms of step count and was measuring his O2 frequently. I was dubious because he had a couple of things before which he didn’t use, but he really loves it and wears it daily. He loves that he can track everything he needs to and access his data easily. It’s not a Samsung or Apple watch, but for the price, if you don’t need all the bells and whistles, it’s a good option.
