Right out of the box, this smartwatch looked perfect for a kid. The design is really nice—sleek, modern, but not overly complicated. The touchscreen was bright and easy to navigate, and I could tell it was built to last, which is important for a kid’s gadget. My daughter loves the way it looks, and she was super excited when her saw it.
It synced with my phone easily, and within just a few minutes, we were exploring all the cool features. It’s simple enough for kids to use on their own, but still packed with enough features to keep them entertained and learning new things.
One of the biggest hits for my daughter is the camera. She was always grabbing my phone to take pictures or make little videos, so having a camera right on her wrist is like a dream come true for him. She been snapping pictures of everything—our dog, his toys, and even random things like the grass in the yard. The video feature has been just as popular. She likes to record short videos of herself talking about his day or making up stories, which is honestly really cute.
Aside from the games and camera, the activity tracker is one of the main reasons I chose this smartwatch. My daughter is always on the go, running around outside with his friends, and I wanted a way for her to start being aware of his activity level. The watch keeps track of the number of steps she takes each day, which she finds super interesting. She’s started challenging himself to take more steps than he did the day before, which is awesome for keeping her active. I was really glad to see that this smartwatch is durable. My son has dropped it a few times, and it hasn’t shown any signs of damage. Plus, it’s water-resistant.
