I like these. Good grip on my sneakers. I was using a 45 to prop my heels up for leg day, but these work much better. They are quality and come w a carry bag .

I read many reviews before purchasing these specific ones. Needless to say I was not disappointed! They are a solid cork wedge and work perfectly for elevated squats! I workout barefoot at my home gym and the grip on these was perfect for squats and my feet didn’t slip at all! I workout 5-6 days a week and I do leg days three times a week, these are going to come in very handy at my home gym or the city gym. They also come in a nice easy case to store them in or throw them in a gym bag without ruining the wedge itself. I highly recommend these for anyone wanting to add some elevated level to their leg days!

These puppies are a breeze to deal with. I give them a A+ for there sturdy materials that are very light weight and promote an ‘on the go’ as well as routine squatting exercise. The only thing that may be problematic is the size of the wedge. It is somewhat small and people with larger feet may find these uncomfortable.

I love that I finally found a way to do squats that doesn’t hurt my arthritic ankle! I knocked down a star because one of the blocks cracked right away and some pieces have come off but they are still usable. Quad workout for sure and yet if you focus you can get the glutes too. Also I have been mindful and was warned by instructor to make sure knees don’t go too far forward- really hard on the knees if you do.
