great stepper – but no matter how much you tighten the screws, the handle not sturdy

I received this stepper on 8/10. You have to assemble it, not hard, but the tools is kiddie like. It comes with a little oil bottle-not enough though. I had to WD40 the thing. After 10 minutes of using the stepper, my feet starts to hurt, the pedals is to narrow to try and adjust your feet. So I take a break. I try to use the stepper at least 30 minutes, if anything.

I would return this stepper if I could and find one that is higher quality. With every step, it makes loud crackling noises (not squeaky)… to me it sounds like plastic and metal rubbing together and it’s very distracting and annoying.

Neither of the provided step counters worked lol I googled everything, followed directions, nope. Both do not work. It works for heavier set people, taller people, short people. Still gave 3 stars since it’s still ok. The handlebars are NOT stable at all. Followed directions and even bought extra hardware at Lowes and it just wobbles uncontrollably so I ended up getting rid of those….

I should have returned this, but tried to make it work. Poor quality! Even on thin carpet, tips easily. I currently cannot use it safely. Problems with assembly as necessary holes not all aligned properly. Absolutely cannot recommend!

OK it does work, I really feel the burn in my thighs and calves. I used it consistently for about 20 min for 7 days. So the fact that I have turned it into a clothes rack for lack of usage…lol, means it works and I have to do a better job making the use of this machine a habit. It’s a good deal and very light weight.
I will get back to it tomorrow (says everyone)

I could have not returned this product fast enough!
There is a “resistance” knob that you can turn up/down, but it doesn’t change anything. I am a plus sized woman, and I had to put my ENTIRE body weight on the pedal for it even to start going down!
The quality of the product is also bad. The holes for the screws weren’t aligned properly so it took a lot of time and effort to even get it put together. One part was crooked because that’s the only way we could get it to stay together because the holes were so offset.
Unfortunately I would not recommend this product.
