En 30 minutos lo armé, tiene las herramientas, tornillos, tuercas y llaves en un cartón pegado con la descripción, cada fase que tienes que armar tiene el dibujo y el número de las partes. Lo que hace la resistencia en un amortiguador, si con el tiempo se atrofia, o disminuye la resistencia o muy suavecito, le cambias el amortiguador. Soporta desde una persona de 15 kg y un metro de estatura, hasta una persona de 1.80 y 120 kg, se pueden sentar cómodamente y tiene buen soporte para los pies, fuera de ese rango no le hemos puesto a prueba. Su punto en desventaja es que no tiene ningún accesorio electrónico más que un mini reloj que mide tiempo y las vueltas. Si tienes un Polar Loop Monitor de Actividad, negro una aplicación tipo Fitness pal pues invierte en el dispositivo móvil o la aplicación y sin problema. Se puede levantar para que no estorbe. Con 15 minutos diarios sientes el efecto en espalda, brazos y abdomen. Ponte atento y lo llegan a poner de oferta relámpago.

I’ve been using this rower every day for a week, and I love it. It doesn’t take up too much space in my small New York apartment, but it makes it easy to exercise at home in front of the tv. After using it a half hour a day for a week, I’ve encountered no glitches. It works smoothly, and is relatively quiet. It was easy to assemble, but be aware that you will feel like you are missing some of the bolts when you read the assembly instructions. There is a package of nuts, bolts, etc. with instructions explaining how many of each item there should be in the packet. It feels like you’re missing two bolts when you count the pieces, but the missing bolts are already attached to one of the rower parts that is wrapped separately in plastic. I was annoyed through the whole assembly process until I got to the end and realized I actually did have all of the parts. The instructions should have been clearer on this point. Otherwise, all has been good with this purchase.

If you are looking for a thousand dollar machine, this isn’t it but for what I use it for, just as good. I am 80 years old and have COPD. This gives me a great 20 minute workout with a couple of breaks and no wear and tear on a bad knee. It does get a little easier after the first few minutes but set at the second highest level of tension still raises my pulse very well.
It is just what I need to get the heart pumping and breathing stressed enough to help. I have used it 3 to 5 times a week for several months.
PROS: cost, construction, low noise, easy to store, ease of assembly.
CONS: just the thing of getting easier to pull after the hydraulic cylinder heats up.

It’s a functional rower and I like it well enough. You know by the price you’re not getting high end equipment. It was easy for one person to put together and move around. My only real complaint is the seat, which came with a tear in it and is not the most comfortable thing to sit on. It also wobbles slightly no matter how much I tighten it. But if you’re just looking for a functional, cheap rower like I was this one is pretty good.

I’ve waited a good long time to write this review, but here goes.
I really like this machine. It’s quiet, stores easily, and is sturdy. The chair slides smoothly, though I do occasionally feel like I might wobble off of it–a repositioning usually fixes this problem. The cushion itself is a non-issue, which is to say that I’ve never thought about the cushion once while using it. It is a comfortable middle ground between sturdy and soft and doesn’t provide any discomfort during the workout itself.
The operation of the seat and the pull bar is smooth. Like others have said, as the hydraulic pump warms up it can get a bit too easy to operate unless you stop and shift the resistance up.
The resistance is the thing I have the most trouble with. The little knob takes a lot more fussing than I like mid-workout to move up in resistance levels. It’s a present-enough problem that I will likely take the advice of another reviewer and loop resistance bars around the front feet and hand-holds of the rower to provide more resistance without messing with the knob.
The footprint of the rower is appealingly small and it stores easily upright if you have it on a carpeted surface. On tile (or, I assume, wood), the upright storage doesn’t work as well. I just keep it at least partially on an area rug in the guest room and it works fine.
Operation is quiet and consistent.
I have used it both barefoot and in shoes and either way is fine. My feet–large for a woman’s (size 10-11)–don’t have a problem staying in plates.
Assembly was simple. I put it together alone in about 15 minutes.
Long story short: love the convenience and reliable operation of this thing. It was a very good price for the value. I like that it’s a whole-body workout that engages me more than my previous in-house recumbent bike. I like that it’s quiet enough to allow me to plug away at it while watching TV. The one thing I wish was improved or different would be the resistance system. I’d like more variety and an easier process in changing it up–as it stands, the settings leave a bit to be desired. That said, previous reviewers have provided an excellent, customizable solution. For the price and otherwise convenient aspects of this machine, I have no problem adding some personal modification so that it better serves my needs.

Super easy to put together, comes with the tools you need to do so; I assembled my rower in less than 10 minutes. I was looking for a basic rowing machine, no bells or whistles, exactly what I wanted to get myself back into shape. Nothing fancy here unless you count a padded seat and counter/timer, lol.
Light enough I can pick it up myself to move around and small enough that it lives in my bedroom, but still very sturdy. This machine is pretty straight forward, basic but for the price a great little rower.

The Stamina InMotion Rower was a good purchase. The rower is well constructed, and it is very solid. It works very well. You need to put it together. It does not take long to install everything together. You can put it together in 30 to 45 minutes or so. This is not a high-end rower, but it does it’s job.
You get a very good workout on this machine. There is very good resistance when you row. It takes some time to build up yourself to be able to handle the higher resistance with multiple reps. The more you use it, the easier it will be for you to pull as you build your strength. If it were easy to pull, then the machine is useless as an exercise equipment to build any strength.
The machine is fairly quiet, and it is fairly smooth when you use it. The handlebar and the foot pedals are good. The rower is fairly compact, and you can stand it up to store to conserve space. The footprint of the machine is small as well.
This is not a professional rower, but it gives you a satisfactory workout at an inexpensive price. You can buy a higher-end rower, but the workout may not be any more than from this machine.
I recommend the Stamina InMotion Rower because the rower is durable and solid. It is a very good exercise machine. It gives an excellent workout. And, it is at a very good price on Amazon. If you have Amazon Prime, the 2-day Free shipping is very nice.
