I would not recommend this product and will have to disassemble much of it to return.
I carefully followed the instructions and as I got to one of the final stages – one part of the frame needs to be placed into another part of the frame and bolted together – the structures do not work together. How absolutely frustrating – so many hours wasted putting it together and now having to take it apart.
Clearly this company has never heard of QUALITY CONTROL.

Absolutely worst home work-out equipment I could possibly purchase, especially for the price. It literally looks like something rejected from the 1950’s and works even worse. Putting it together was horrible, it sounds awful and looks like a piece of junk. It doesn’t even work, that’s the saddest part!!!

This is a great unit for the money. The only downside is the lack of adjustment for the handles. So if you might find that the range is meant for people with shorter arms. That being said, it works perfectly for my purposes and would buy it again.

Got this in order to work out upper body, but it’s terrible. The seat and arm pedals are not ergonomic; the pedals themselves do not move smoothly but rather with a jerky motion; the pedals are not capable of being adjusted to give the appropriate muscles a workout; the neck of the equipment is extremely weak so it wobbles when you try to use the pedals, which is not conducive to proper motion. It also took forever to assemble. I absolutely do not recommend this product, and agree with the other one-star reviews that this product is a piece of junk.
