I got an 82.00 Shipping bill in which is says it would send to the company. They trying to make me pay for it when it says free shipping after purchasing the machine. I been so busy as I work full-time and a student full time, I forgot about it, and now they sent it to collections asking me to now pay $1,248.24 which is insane!!!!!! How the hell you go from 82 dollars to 1k? Crazy. I will be pissed if this is on my credit report. I need some assistance with this asap! Fedex delivered it and wouldn’t even bring it into the apt building. I had to get 2 men to help me get it into the apartment building which wasn’t that difficult if he had the proper equipment for the machine. I understand he couldn’t put it in the home for me, but he could have at least got it into the apt building. He didn’t want to was the issue. If it’s not free shipping, it should say that and not bill the customer later for shipping. I would have paid it when I bought it or at least the heads up would have been appreciated.
The machine itself is good, although I don’t like that it doesn’t have a pause button, u just have to step off of it to stop it, but it is a pretty good machine for the most part.
Down Range Strength –
Okay not a lot of reviews on this thing so let me share my thoughts after having it for a month
Overall quality is pretty decent – no regrets. If you think of your nice matrix / stair master climber you’d see at a quality gym as a 10, this product is a 7 in terms of smoothness of the step climbing experience. Really good speed range if that’s important to you, it’ll go over 160 steps per minute if you’d like.
A couple issues that seem simple so I don’t know why they made it this way: you can’t control the display. For instance it toggles back and forth between steps and calories (and the calories are way off, it says I burn 15 calories for 2K steps). And it toggles between time and something they label “high” which I have no idea what that even is. Id rather it just maintain the steps and time display but that is not an option.
You can’t control the step speed from the handles which is kind of a bummer. It also doesn’t count over 1000 steps, so it’ll get to 1000 and then reset to zero which isn’t the end of the world but is kind of annoying.
For the price point, this is still a good buy. It’s about $5-$7K cheaper than most comparable products but just be aware of some of those pain points.

The company did an amazing job communicating delivery and arrival of the item! Upon arrival it was perfectly packaged and relatively easy assembly. My husband and I were able to move it! Machine works perfectly!!! I have used it everyday since I got it and it’s amazing!!! I love that the stairs lock into place when the machine is stopped or off. It has multiple step up points to get on and off. The changing of gears is smooth and fast. Would absolutely buy again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like stair climbing machines in the gym. Always wanted to have one in my garage. But the price was too high. I couldn’t afford one. But with the price of this machine, I could afford and bought one. It works nicely. It even has a safety infrared accident prevention. At first, I was blocking the infrared and the machine didn’t work. I thought I bought a junk. I emailed the manufacturer and they replied in a day saying I had to clear the infrared. Top value machine!!!

This is my very first and possibly last ever review I’ve submitted on Amazon. I read reviews for almost everything I order, I just never have the time or feel compelled enough to write one myself. That said, this stepper from GMWD is next level awesome. It wouldn’t turn on upon assembly which was almost certainly my fault in severing the power wire while bolting down the podium. Thankfully their customer service reps Grace and Lydia had my back and were extremely responsive and helpful. As soon as we diagnosed the issue, they not only sent a replacement wire but also gave me a small credit just…in…case the issue wasn’t of my own doing (which it was). Great company to work with and ever since receiving the replacement cord, it has been such a workhorse piece of equipment. My wife and I plus all three kids use it all the time and absolutely love it. I would give the entire experience 6 stars if that were possible!!!
