This stepper does not come with any directions for adjustments, just a pamphlet with exercise information. You get a package of tools and no other information. There is no knob like other steppers to adjust the resistance. To get a warranty, there is an email address but even that is unclear and has absolutely no information, just a line on the front cover that says “for warranty: email”. Upon opening at first it seems like the pedals do not work, if you press really hard down on them you can get them to move. Even just pressing down, they were loud and really tight, again there is no knob to adjust them and no directions on if the tools were usable for adjusting somehow. Tried finding videos online and only found videos for other steppers of this company with adjustment knobs. I immediately put back in the box unused and sent back for a refund, which I am waiting on.

It’s a good stepper. I just don’t like that the resistance can’t be adjusted. It comes with a tool and a small bottle of liquid but no instructions on what to use it for.

First the packing box was damaged and was shipped this way. Second, you could not adjust the intensity of the stepper.

recently took a job where i have to do a ton of data entry and have been really struggling to get my steps in as a result…this is perfect for those occasions and allows me to feel far more active during my sit down job! could be great if you’re studying a lot and need to get your energy out. very portable and doesn’t feel like a hassle to set up. spend the money, it’s worth it.

The size makes it so when it’s not being used it fits under the bed or in the corner without taking up much room. It’s light-weight, so moving it to different areas is simple. It gives good workout, I haven’t used the bands much yet though. It is a nice small piece of equipment to have in you’re home if you’re just starting the workout journey or if you don’t feel like going to the gym and want to get some exercise in.

I liked the stepper. I can really feel my gluteal muscles on it. It’s compact, lightweight, easy to carry and store.

The stepper works. There are tools included. But, there are NO instructions for making adjustments to the stepper. It is different than the one pictured – does not have an adjustment knob. Out of the box, it requires a heavy stepping action. I would like to reduce the initial force then increase. Also, warranty registration is all in Chinese. Can’t register this. Not sure if I can keep it or not. Need information to adjust it!
