Really bad item, bad quality, tried to use it, but it’s not giving me pressure, I thought I’m not using it correctly, when check the manual, it’s leak a whole lot of oil to my floor, had to clean it up, returned right away!

When my mom’s doctor told her to lift up her heels constantly at work to increase blood flow to her feet, I did my research and got this stepper for her. The reason I got this manual one instead of those electric feet exercise machines because of the space and the budget. Her cubical is small and she does not want to bring any machines into the work place. This stepper is so compact and easy to use. When folded back, it’s small enough for her to put in her work bag, so she can bring with her everywhere. She said this stepper not only help her with the calf pain but also get rid of her heels pain. She likes it and it helps her, that’s all matter to me.

Plus, it’s quiet, so it won’t disturb others when I use it at home. After using it consistently, I’ve noticeably increased my body’s strength and endurance. I hope to lose weight and shape my body. This stair stepper is a nice little home fitness equipment for me now.

Updated 10/12/2024: the device started to leak oil and became useless only after a few days. So I had to return it. Fortunately, the return process in Amazon is fairly easy and the refund returned soon after that. The manufacturer needs to improve their product quality and durability.
