I used this stepper for 15 minutes a day sometimes twice a day, great workout to wake up with, the bands have a warm up resistance. The welds cracked on one of the steps and is no longer useful, might buy another if it’s on sale, definitely don’t make this your only cardio equipment.

I was surprised by how heavy this is, but I am happy it is heavy to make sure it is sturdy. The size is great, it does not take up much room and is convenient and easy to store. You can adjust the resistance, and just 5 minutes have my legs burning!

I had been using this as my in house workout for cardio. It just sits under my sit stand desk And I can use it when I am working on desk. Since its supet light i can port it to any room. It has 16 levels of resistance, super easy to adjust, which helps in great cardio workout. Helps to track ur progress too. Super strong quality and budget friendly

An easy to use compact machine that is a great way to get your steps in. I use it to get in a quick workout when I have a few minutes or longer sessions when the weather is not good for a walk or jog. It feels sturdy and has a smooth range of motion. It is relatively quiet as long as you follow the instructions and keep it oiled on a regular basis. Just keep in mind the pistons get hot after a long workout so be careful how you pick it up.
Overall a nice quality product. It is perfect to have around to get some exercise whenever you have time and it doesn’t take up much space. Would be a good fit for someone with an apartment, smaller house or limited room for workout equipment.
