This is an excellent exercise stepper. I originally saw one on TikTok but decided to order mine from Amazon. This is a good brand. It is quiet & very sturdy. It’s small & compact so you can carry it from room to room. Right now I use it once a day but each time I have increased my steps, time & calories according to the digital display. I’m starting to feel the burn in my legs & planning on using it twice a day in a month. The bands are nice, very easy to clip & take off. I have not had one issue with it since I got it. It’s a great price.

Product came used as there was already a step count there when I turned it on. There was also clear residue on the bar, perhaps someone lubricated it prior to me receiving it. And after 100 steps it started creaking which was really disappointing. The creaking comes and goes which is quite annoying. The height adjustment knob also doesn’t do anything, most likely defected/ broken. Aside from that, the product works and you can definitely feel the burn in your legs after a while. I’m not going to hassle with doing a return as it works as intended, just disappointed with getting a used and defected product.
UPDATE** The company reached out and is resolving the issue. At first it was just the creaking that was the issue, but one of the stepper cables actually snapped while in use which was very unfortunate considering I had it less than a month. I had told the company about the cable snapping and they are gong to send a new product to replace this one. Let’s just hope the new one is better. 🤞 The customer service was actually very impressive and responsive which is greatly appreciated.
UPDATE 2** I received a new product in a timely manner, however, it’s defective and doesn’t even work. This company doesn’t seem to have a good quality control. I attached a video of the new product I received. The pulley for the cables do not work and it doesn’t alternate the pedals for you to step. I had to manually pull a pedal up to do a step for the video. Both pedals remain down after that.
UPDATE 3** The company has given back a full refund.

I have been using this while working from home and im super super happy with it. I can definitely feel my legs a little stronger, because I’ve been using it daily for a few minutes every day. It definitely makes a difference. It is quite lightweight for what i was expecting, which is good. Portable and not too hard to carry it. You can program the intensity Pretty simple. Good product

Looking for a way to get in some moderate exercise while not becoming bored, started slow with 5-10 minutes a day while watching my shows, but now I’m up to 30 minutes, usually using full episodes as my timer, came out of the box ready to use and it can be but away and stored easily, and it feels rather sturdy, and is easy to use for people of all levels of fitness, definitely recommend.

I’ve used my mini stepper for a couple of weeks now and am pleased with it. This is my fourth stepper; the other three (not from Amazon) all broke (the last one my second day of use!). This stepper does not have a wheel, which heats up and becomes so noisy that my wife would yell at me. I don’t have that problem with this stepper. I use it in three 10 minute intervals and spend the other three 10 minute intervals on my stationary bike. My exercise sessions go by smoothly and quickly (or so it seems).
My main complaints about the stepper is that the magnetic counter did not align, so the counter doesn’t work. I took care of this by placing an additional magnet (previously purchased from Amazon) on the stepper. The counter now works perfectly.
I use another timer to count down the 10 minutes. The timer on the stepper is not accurate. It is off by 2 minutes for every 10 minutes in use. This seems to be a common problem with mini stepper electronics.
My two “complaints” are minor in nature. I like my stepper; I continue to use it; I’d like to come back in three months to let you know if it is still working. My other steppers all broke within 3 months; the last one broke on the second day. I feel good about this one and hope it holds up.
