If you’re looking to get your steps in at home but have limited space, this is a fantastic option. It’s hefty & durable, yet not too cumbersome to lift or carry between rooms. Comes fully assembled. You only need to screw in the adjustable knob & attach the optional arm bands with carabiner clips. It includes a slip-resistant, carpeted mat & wrenches for any adjustments you’d like to make. The digital counter tracks your preferred method, whether it’s time, calories, or step count. Adjusting the height of the steps is simple: twist the knob in to increase & out to decrease. It maintains excellent stability during use; I never feel unbalanced or at risk of falling off. An additional anti-tip lever on the back enhances stability further. The resistance is sufficient to provide a challenging leg workout that you’ll feel the next day. Its compact size enables you to work out anywhere & is perfect for storage. I appreciate its exceptionally quiet operation; I’ve used it during home work calls without interruption. However, when tired, I sometimes notice my breathing may be cause for concern 😆. It’s suitable even for upper-level apartments without disturbing neighbors underneath. I’ve been thoroughly pleased with this stepper. It’s exceptionally well-made, durable, and operates smoothly & quietly. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that upon opening, the counter was hanging outside the hole where it’s supposed to snap in. Although it still functions, there’s no latch or mechanism to secure it in place, which seems like a potential design flaw or just broken. Surely there should have been some method of attachment 🤷♀️. Additionally, the arm bands lack significant resistance. I can’t find a way to adjust them other than by knotting to shorten the length. It feels like I’m loosely flapping my arms lol. I didn’t even notice the bands when I ordered, so I hadn’t initially planned on using them. While this doesn’t affect the machine’s performance, if included, it would be beneficial for them to offer some resistance. Nonetheless, it’s an excellent piece of home workout equipment.

This is a great way to get your workout in without all the hassle of owning a large exercise machine. Also, very portable. It is light to carry and move, so you work out anywhere. It is durable and it comes assembled. You get optional arm bands to attach. You can adjust the digital counter for calories or steps. It has good resistance and provides you a proper workout. It is smooth to use and quiet. Great, easy way to begin your workout regimen.

I spend most of my time sitting and am always looking for ways to do better about that for health, and space in our house is at a premium. This checks two boxes; it helps get me moving while also being easy to stow away under the bed when I’m done.
The resistance bands are nice; they work well for me because I’m very tall, but for shorter members of the family they don’t resist quite as much. The stepper is quiet, which is especially good because I have a sleep disorder and am often up at odd hours, and I can still use without waking my wife or having to move it to another room. These steppers don’t seem like they’d be much of a workout until you’re using them, but you definitely feel what you’re working for after a few minutes.

I got this little stepper machine because it is easy to move and store, and is a nice way to get in a little body movement. I have RA so some days I can barely move but just want to keep my body going as much as it can. This allows me to do so at my leisure. I use the arm bands more for balance than anything else. I am tall so these bands sort of just act as a stabilizer for me, not as a way for me to get arm movements in (though I could use them that way). I use the stepper while watching the morning news and then usually put it away in my closet ( though some days I just leave it out). This is not comparable to a treadmill, but the price is right and I am using it in a way that benefits me. I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

I don’t think this machine will be helpful for most people who already enjoy a gym or fitness. If you are someone who is just trying to get back into fitness or leads a sedentary life, then this might be for you. It doesn’t have a whole lot of functionality other than being compact and convenient. The mat that is included is incredibly slippery on hard floors, so I can’t use it. It doesn’t really open very wide and does feel like it could break easily. I’ve practically used it like once a month.
The current price is $65.99. I believe that is a decrease since I purchased it.
