This product worked well at first. Then after a couple uses, the left step loss traction or something. The right side always has good resistance, but the left resistance goes out occasionally causing the left step go down fast and drastically.
Everything else works pretty well. I’ve gotten in some good workouts but it’s not worth it to keep when the left side constantly goes out.
This also didn’t come with a manual to see if I’m the problem. It could be user mistake but there’s no way to check that. Kinda disappointed ngl

Great product, easy to use & set up! Has adjustable resistance and removable bands. I’ve had it for a while and it does make some noise now but it just needs some WD-40.

I love this machine!!! Very affordable and doesn’t even take up lots of space. I can get a work out in my busy day while watching tv /catching up on my emails! My first one did come broken and I asked for an exchange and they told me to drop it off to a nearby staples. I got busy and the second day after my request, a new machine was at my door step!

Despite being very squeaky, I used this machine 6 days a week for a month. This week I discovered it was broken. The display no longer works, the squeaky sound never stopped and now the stepper won’t go full range motion. So it’s more like a Minni tapper. $50 and 1 month in, I have to purchase another stepper. If I could do it over, I would avoid this stepper.

The stepper squeaks every time I use it.
Have been using under my standing desk and cannot be on any meeting or calls and use it.
Otherwise it is very sturdy and gives you the best workout.
Adjustable and arm bands work great.
Great product except for the squeaky noise.

I read all the review before I made the purchase and I am very satisfied with the purchase. Easy to put together but the resistant bands are very long. I am 5’2 and the resistant bands that come with it are taller than me so I have been using it without the bands because of my height. I walk everyday about 30 minutes to an hour depending on the weather so I thought it would be easy using the stepper NO! I feel the burn in my thighs, calves, everywhere! So if you want to feel the burn this is the item for you! I like the fact that it tracks your daily steps, time and calorie burn!
