Tengo 2 meses con la eliptica, al principio me guíe por los comentarios de que era muy frágil y que hacía ruido, pues en los 2 meses que tengo no hace ruido, claro hace algo de ruido pero nada escandaloso se puede decir lo normal, que como todo si se acaba el engrasado pues ovio va a empezar a rechinar, en cuestión del armado si es tardado si dure como 2 horas pero no es complicado con su instructivo paso a paso la arme incluso la parte de la resistencia la cual yo leí que ocupaba ayuda para esa parte pero yo si pude hacerlo sola, supongo que dicen de la ayuda ya que esta pesado la parte donde va la resistencia pero no es complicado armarla, lo único que si no pude hacer funcionar fue la pantalla donde se supone puedes medir tiempo, resistencia, calorías, etc. Pero en lo personal no la necesito. En mi opinión es un buen equipo, es funcional.

Muy complejo el armado no vienen marcada las piezas de acuerdo al manual definitivamente tiene que armarse entre 2 personas e invertirás más de dos horas… es de muy buen material se siente resistente y espero que con el uso sea menos dura ya que aún en nivel 1 hay que hacer mucho esfuerzo, vale la pena!!!!

I’ve already had a great experience with SHF when I bought a stationary bike from Amazon. They produce attractive exercise equipment. But what piece of exercise equipment isn’t. This doest have that sexy red an silver like the others, but the have them. Check out the SF-E3865. Its a secure unit and it looks better than I expected.
As you can see in the pic, it comes with the fly wheel assembled and it practically puts itself together. Great range motion that targets well. Although I’ve been training for quite some time this my 1st real elliptical incorporation into my routine and its a power house. The upper movement hardly assist the lower (Im a long time bodybuilder) its
a full body work out. It comes with end caps to go on the bolt heads, I prefer the bare bones styling. Its also quite.. very, just the flywheel. Awesome Value! You alright Sunny Health & Fitness. Peace!
UPDATE: Its October, almost 5 months of routine use and no noise. Fly wheel still strong. You can change the pedal position to suit your stride and you can lock the time so you don’t have to wait for it. The time will also stop if you have to get off and start back when you do. Of course the workout is terrific and will challenge you for quite some time.

The assembly took some time. To assemble the front staff that holds the guage was touch to assemple as the cables seemed to be too short but was able to adjust the tensioner. The second problem was one of the side covers was broken. I contacted amazon about the issue and my options were, send back for a refund or replacement or a nice discount in which I accepted because I did not want to disassemble. The options were acceptable. There was some rubbing within the drive wheel/belt area but the manual told you how to solve this issue. Oh, the order arrived 4 days earlier than initially told. It feels sturdy.

The machine looks nice, it takes some time to assemble it, but it is fun to do it. I was happy for a month until it stopped working. I contacted customer service, and six months later, I’m still waiting for them to give me it has a solution or a refund. Neither of that has happened yet.
For more details: The belt frayed, and the machine got stuck, making an awful noise. I contact customer service, they took them 15 days to answer. They said they will send a new belt to solve the problem. I change the belt (it took me a lot of time to change it), then it got frayed again. I call again. They said that they realized (by looking at the pictures I send the first time) that it was another part that they should have sent. 6 months later, I’m still waiting for the part, and they never answer again.
They finally sent the piece to repair the nachine. It took me some time to replace the parts.
I keep using the Elliptica for another six months and my knees started to swallow.
I notice that this happens when i use this machine and not when i used the Elliptica from the gym. I conclude that this elliptica machine is too short so the position of the jnees and the angle in which the force is made is not healthy for my knees.
I don’t recommend buying this product.

This is a great elliptical for the price. Does exactly what I wanted it for. Was a pain in the butt to assemble, but once it was done, and all the screws and nuts and bolts were tightened, it works perfectly. No squeaking, no rattling, completely stable. People who have had problems with instability or rattling simply haven’t put it together properly or haven’t tightened the hardware. Mine is perfectly quiet, and I don’t even have to turn the TV up. One word of advice, though….read the tag on the parts that attach the foot peddles. It will save you a lot of frustration. Why the “note” on the tag couldn’t have been included in the actual instructions makes no sense to me. Who looks elsewhere for further instructions? I’d be completely happy with my purchase if only it came with a cup holder for my water bottle. :o) Btw, I’m a 59 year old female who put it together by herself with no help. If I can do it, you can too!

The elliptical is decent. Not the greatest range of motion, seems a little unstable but it does the job and you get used to it. You just can’t compare it to a gym elliptical as they are in completely different classes!

I love this machine. It took a minute to put together (note: righty tighty & lefty loosey only work on ONE side- then it’s the opposite for the OTHER side) Once together it’s a solid machine. Good buy.
